  Charged a whole extra dollar for no ice- disappointed and feel kind of shamed! I didn’t need more drink some people just have sensitive teeth :( No where on the menu did it say this- in fact it’s says “choose your ice and sweetness level” with zero caveat. Super misleading and Im sure it’s so little for an inch of extra tea. Such a random inconvenience.

  Overwhelming (in a positive way) selection. Build your own teas, slushi & coffee. Super friendly service. The star was the Taro w/blk boba, simple but great. My wife got the vanilla milk tea, Boba w/egg pudding.... Definitely going to try more..
