We had an absolutely amazing experience at Rocco’s Tacos in Sarasota, Florida, thanks to our server, Leslie! She was truly exceptional from start to finish, friendly, attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made us feel so welcome and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Her positive energy and genuine hospitality made the entire experience that much more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression, but Leslie absolutely did! She is a true asset to the Rocco’s Tacos team, and we would come back in a heartbeat just for the outstanding service. If you visit, definitely ask for Leslie!

I love this restaurant. Its one of my favorite places to eat. The service unfortunately has gone down.
I came in on business lunch. The waitress served us our drink one time the entire time we were there.
I received food I didnt ask for.
The food runner brought us our food.
Its the 2nd time we have received less than on service.
I cant say anything bad about the food or atmosphere.
This is why people are service and tip fatigue.
I still gave a good tip because she was pregnant. Ill be back but its sad how the service industry has gone down.

Went here for a family dinner on vacation. We got the nachos with chicken which was outstanding. Then our wonderful server, Ben, did the table side guacamole for us which was perfect, tasted like heaven. Then me and my wife shared the steak fajitas, our son had the shrimp taco that he loved and my father in law had the steak tacos that he absolutely loved. Top dinner with our top server Ben, thanks a lot.

Gabby P gave us exceptional service Monday, we came in last minute with a group of 18 and everyone at Rocco’s was very accommodating. She told us about all the specials and told us about her favorite meal birria tacos. The level of professionalism and timing of food items and drinks was as spot on. Rocco’s should be lucky to have such great employees

This place is washed out. More Tex than Mex. I was surprised to find out that there isn't complimentary chips and salsa with the prices on the menu being on the high side; Which I wouldn't be so bothered by if the food didnt lack in portion and/or flavor...which it does in both subjects for the enchiladas at least.
My wife and I ordered enchiladas (the plate was small compared to average). The flavors were bland and the yellow rice was over salted.
The draft beers are the same price as the bottles,
which was odd to me.
I wouldn't recommend to anyone craving Mexican influenced food.
The service was pro. The waitress was very jolly and informal. She was very quick to replace the salty rice with other options. She also shared with us that the chef agreed that the rice was super salty and acted on making a better batch. She and the chef apologized for the inconvenience. Very cool people in my books.
