  This is the WORST PIZZA establishment on the face of the planet. I wouldn't reccomend this place to my worst enemy. Save yourself the pain and suffering and go to Dominos or even the gas station. The larger older white man at this location is the worst human in Sarasota. He is rude, demeaning, and simply unkind. He makes mistakes on the pizza and then blames it on you. The pizza tasted like hot sweat and dampness. Never again.

  Hands down one of the best Pizza Hut experiences I’ve had in Sarasota! The Cattlemen Road location was clean, fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly from the second we walked in. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings exactly the way we ordered it. The breadsticks were perfection and the wings were amazing too. You can tell this location really cares about customer service and consistency. In a world where good service is hard to find lately, this Pizza Hut absolutely delivered. Definitely will be back again soon!

  Uncle Duke class, I ordered some pizzas the other day through the app for delivery listed the delivery fee and the driver tip all in the payment that was taken. Once the order got to the store it was marked as pickup. Normally not an issue. Once I saw it on the delivery update I called them. They said they'd send it right over with a driver. An hour later when the driver didn't show up. I called back in and they told me it was on the way. 30 minutes after that I called back. It wasn't here. They told me the driver was in my complex and would be there momentarily. 20 minutes after that I called back and they told me they had to check and see what happened with the driver. So I asked to cancel the order. This was close to 3 hours after I ordered and at no point did they offer to make the food fresh and send it to me. I asked him to cancel the order which they did and then told me their store policy is they can no longer issue refunds through the store and had me dispute it with my Bank. I will not order ever again

  It is unfortunate that you always have to wait 15 or 20 minutes at this store; they take a very long time. To make matters worse, the restroom is for staff only—they keep the door locked with a code
