In the past, the pizzas had a much thicker, softer, fluffy crust like the one shown in the app photos. We’ve ordered from this place many times before and it was always good, which is why this was especially disappointing today. This time, both pizzas arrived extremely thin, flat, hard, and overcooked underneath, almost like cracker crust. The order clearly says “Large Original Crust,” but what we received looked like a completely different style of pizza from what was advertised and what we usually get from this location.
