  Just tried to get something from the drive thru on the way to the airport. Placed the order and drove up to the window to pay, only to sit there and be ignored for nearly 15 minutes. Other drivers started yelling at me, and no one inside the building would approach the window. This, along with the many other times things have been wrong or lackluster, just cements this location for being the worst McDonald's in Bradenton/Sarasota. Update: Customer Care response with link to survey is disconnected from the review. If someone leaves the lowest possible score, notes a history of terrible service, and says it's the worst location in the area, chances are good that they're never coming back. Coupons, gift cards, and free food can't fix bad quality.

  Worst location yet!! They got my code and when told what Kind of coffee I wanted the girl there was so confused whether it was ice or hot when told the damn coupon is for both and that I wanted an iced she all of a sudden didn’t have my code anymore. My code was invalid when on my end on my app, it said the code was received wasted my time before heading into work Insanity as if the coffee was worth four dollars must be a franchise that didn’t want to give me my discount

  McDonald's was always one of my favorite. Go to fast food restaurants but no longer the last few times we've been here. We got a tiny amount of food for what you paid. Everything is shrinking, but the prices are going up. Poor service, they wouldn't even give us any tartar sauce for our little, tiny fish sandwich that had no tartar sauce on it. They said you get one squirt. Otherwise, you have to pay for it. So this is the last trip we're gonna make to McDonald's also, there's homeless people running all over inside and out. And nobody seems to care. It's no wonder the company is struggling. Hopefully they'll close and something will go in its place. That values their customers and not just their bottom line. I guess we'll go to Culvers from now on.
