  My wife and I make it a priority to get out together and it’s usually for breakfast. I usually do not bother with reviews but in the case i need to appreciate a particular employee. I have found myself returning to the McDonald’s at Fruitville/Beneva as “Lady”, makes it a relaxing nice experience. She always says hi, we joke around a little, and she makes my mornings much better. There is a McDonalds closer to my house but I would always rather say hi to “Lady”.

  I came in with an African American friend and the Latin crew doesn’t greet or acknowledge dark people. We stood there ready and smiling and nothing. Then I start speaking spanish because I’m actually Latin not Black and let them know no one has greeted or even been friendly. A worker from the back mocks the “greeting” and then waves from the back while they continue to ignore us. I got louder and the Manager (red shirt) finally comes over and I speak to her in English and Spanish so she knows that I know she’s discriminating. I ask her her name (no name tag) and she refuses. They get out order out and she throws it on the counter and still doesn’t say anything. I used the customer service number on the receipt and the Rodrigues family never even called back but they started looking at my social media online instead. So don’t bother with the little copied message about out experience that you just copy here because this place is going to hell and very discriminatory. Latin people discriminate on Blacks and Latino Blacks. As soon as the lighter complected Latin couple walked in the door they were greeted within 20 seconds. I know how long it took because I have a video. That video also includes an employee on their phone while the place is disgustingly dirty.

  Hispanic workers kept harassing me because I’m black I needed to charge my phone told me I needed to buy something for more charge time then gaslighted me and asked me did I order and kept harassing me when I was charging my phone

  4.22.26 went through drive thru a little after 10pm after placing an app order. The "gentleman" working the 2nd drive thru window decided to make a comment to his coworker that there was only 1 person in my vehicle referring to the size of my order. Like why is this guys order so big with only 1 person in the car. It was assumptive, offensive and rude. Also, I should not have to watch him scroll on his phone next to the drink machine waiting for the orders to be passed to his station. Do better!!

  Had to order thru app, no counter help. When the spanish lady set my order out she did not even call it after waiting several minutes for a cheeseburger and fries. Then it was lukewarm at best. No service poor food quality why bother.
