  I went today 5/13/2026 to this location to collect my Big Mac that was promised over the phone when I called to tell (the Manager) who answered the phone that my burger was missing a burger patty. She asked me my name and told me I could stop in and get a replacement. Today she has amnesia, she asked for a receipt, then she asked who I talked to, and I have great voice recognition and I told her it was her. She has broken English and was the manager. I asked if she wrote my name down since I spelled it for her on the phone and she said she didn't not. I've been going to this location for 30 years or more and this was a terrible experience. At one point I called her a liar. Then the girl that brought out the burger who couldn't speak very good English said something about not coming back and calling the cops, I asked her twice what she was trying to say, but she just walked away very fast. All of this over a $4 sandwich? I also did the survey that day and gave them a very low score over this. I have the survey number is the owners want to look it up. The Manager was very rude and nasty and the owners should look into this. If it was undercover operation I would have fired her today. I thought this was going to be real simple and she wrote my name down when I call but apparently not.

  The worst. I don't eat there. I got a shake because I was really hungry. So, I've to be desperate to go through any drive through.

  Helps multiple cars in front of me and then says "have a great day when I leave." Worst mcdonalds in town.

  I don't have very many issues with McDonald's in general, especially this particular one.But as of late, the food comes out, it's not hot and tonight, the BigMac wecordered came with mayonnaise on it, instead of this special sauce, which was really disgusting. Who is cooking the food?

  I went to get breakfast this morning and I had a normal experience the worker her name was Malia she was so sweet and accommodated me in my requests but when I went back to get something after work for dinner I had the worst experience the worker was so rude giving me mad attitude I tried to use a code for happy meal and she said it wasn’t working okay I understand things happen I told her what should I do and she goes “I don’t know what to tell you” in the most disrespectful way and more attitude I don’t understand why people work in fast food if they don’t have people skills the morning shift are always so nice and respectful but the afternoon people need to be reevaluated because the attitude was insane.
