We came here very excited because of the marina location and great reviews while visiting Sarasota with my parents. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The food was okay, but the service was very poor. One of the waitresses, I believe her name was Jessica, completely ignored us while we waited for our server to bring the check. After waiting for quite a while, we ended up getting up and paying at the counter ourselves. Ironically, our waitress appeared only when we were ready to pay. We were sad because this was one of our last experiences in Sarasota with my parents, and we were hoping for a nice memory. Unfortunately, we left disappointed....

Christina was our server and she was Amazing. The views from this restaurant is amazing. But the food, needs so much help, we left and went to get more food. I had a Delmonico steak that taste like water. No seasoning. And I don't eat food with much salt. For me to say it's bland it unusual. The Asparagus was the same. The bread is hard, although it's warm. The presentation of the butter is beautiful, however it had no taste. When added to the bread it did not add flavor. My teens had pasta fettuccine and they took more than half the plate home. They didn't want it. My bill waa 178.00 and the only thing I liked was my Coke drink and my potatoes. This place needs help when it comes to food. No one at the table of 9 liked their food. We just kept adding seasoning or just said they would take it home and add seasoning. We didn't want to disappoint Christina. She was amazing.

Arrived about 130 pm recently this week on a weekday. We were told to seat ourselves after we asked someone at the bar. We noticed a lot of dirty tables but eventually found a clean one. We sat there 15 minutes literally with no service. Not one waiter came over or even acknowledged us while we waited, we were outside on the ground floor. Some looked at us but avoided any communication, looked unfriendly. No manager was apparently present to help us. They were not even busy just extremely indifferent. Went upstairs, no one there to seat us and no one waiting on tables that we could see. We left. Absolutely awful experience, they should not even be called a restaurant if they cant service tables in a reasonable amount of time. Place dirty, run down and not worthy of a second chance. If this is the best Sarasota can do, its sad.

I attend the Sarasota Boat Show each year as part of my profession. I prefer attending on Friday to avoid the crowds. I park a couple of blocks inland at a public parking garage and walk. The Sarasota Show is just the right size--it is small enough that you can walk the show in a couple of hours, but it attracts both domestic and international brands. I had conversations with two brands from Florianapolis, Brazil, a Polish builder that used to build some of my designs, and several of the big European brands. I got to talk with three domestic customers/builders as well. Nice variety for the boating public to come shop. Very pleasant afternoon.

The place is nice, there’s free parking and a nice view at the back deck seating. The place has 3 different seating area styles Outside deck with outdoors bar, inside dinning with a deck as well and an upstairs. All three places have different menus and apparently different kitchens. The fancy of the menu escalates as you go in and up the spot. Theres no real dress code for the outdoor bar as is very casual since is aimed at marina boat people. As we came in we sat at the inside restaurant deck and waited almost ten minutes for a menu, we felt really annoyed. When we realized that we sat and the fancier restaurant deck and saw how much time they took to take care of us, assuming it was we were dressed more casually we decided to go to the bar deck seating and have a lighter meal. We were there after the beach and celebrating a bday so we were not ready for dinning quite yet either. I had a nice little frozen drink that is chocolate based with like a vanilla taste I think it was a mud slide and it was pretty good. I had also the SEAFOOD CHOWDER, that one I did not like, it tasted salty, not quite like sea food but more like sausage for some reason. Also felt like it was over cooked as the shrimp in the soup was disintegrating and not in a good way. For my main meal I had the AHI TUNA POKE BOWL, that was a ok light meal but also not the best to justify the prices in the place. The waiter was super nice and even gave the day girl a nice little cake and celebration cup get her bday! We really appreciated that. So the service was great. I think his name was DAN. This is a nice place for the vibes and the view but the food, at least for the menu we had which was the outside bar, this was not a place I will be revisiting.
