  This is very disturbing. I checked with my bank and notice that the charge that I received for my dinner was different from what they charged on my receipt. When I called to speak to the manager the manager has yet to contact me. A few days later a refund for the difference was issued. The question still had not been answered on why I was charged a higher amount than what was on my receipt. Since I still have not received a callback I can only estimate that this maybe a common practice. CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS....

  I love the service and atmosphere. I was at Marina Jack in July , 2026 and on September 6th. I noticed that the size and quality of the fried shrimp platter with fries in September declined. The shrimp appeared to be frozen / prepacked compared to July they seemed to be fresh.

  We were excited to have dinner at Marina Jack, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I checked the menu and prices online before coming, and the prices listed were much lower than what we were charged at the restaurant—some items were more than double. That was very misleading and frustrating. The food was excellent—5 stars! However, the service was poor. We weren’t given napkins or plates, our table lamp wasn’t working, and the A/C inside was practically nonexistent. Overall, great food but average service and atmosphere. We expected a much better experience from Marina Jack.

  Lets address our server first. Aaron was excellent. He was very attentive and made sure things were to our liking. Aaron definitely deserves praise for his excellent service. Let's move to atmosphere. First we have had lunch upstairs before, so we made reservations on their website which it accepted. We arrived, went upstairs (as did other patrons who made reservations). No staff was present, we went downstairs and the hostess desk informed us, upstairs is closed and we can pick a table at the restaurant downstairs (The Patio). I asked how can your website accept reservations for a restaurant you have closed at lunch, I get a shoulder shrug as saying I don't know. I told the hostess, why not put a closed sign so no one goes upstairs. I get it, maybe the reservation system needs updated which is understandable, but it did start out experience off on a sour note. Now we are at a different downstairs restaurant which is a different menu. The tablecloth at our table was dirty from either a prior seating or just never cleaned. The food was brought out by Aaron and Ivan. They did an excellent job and asked if we needed anything else. Food was delicious, blackened Mahi fish tacos, Ahi poke bowl, lobster roll, Asian salad with Mahi. Our view wasn't what we were looking for since we had to sit downstairs, table cloth was dirty. Andres was very gracious and brought our table two desserts on the house. They were delicious, thank you Andres you made the whole experience end on an awesome note. We shall definitely see them again on our next visit.

  Delicious food, incredible views including beautiful yachts in the marina. Service was especially mindful and attentive to us. I do not recall our servers name but she was from Brazil (we asked because of her accent). She was absolutely wonderful and she made good suggestions about the menu (it was our first time there). We will absolutely look to go back here. We sat inside the restaurant which was more formal (casual to elegant attire). Next time we will look to sit outside where it is more casual to relaxed attire.
