- RRRedheadSep 29, 20261.0Went through the drive through last night with my husband and ordered a giant hot spicy Italian and a giant cold Vito. We had to repeat ourselves like 5 times to make sure he got it right because he kept reading off the wrong stuff. When we got to the window it was still wrong and we corrected him again. He said he would fix it. We got our food and went home. When I got home to open the bag they gave us a HOT GIANT VITO and a COLD REGULAR SPICY ITALIAN (NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!! Or what I paid for). I then woke up with food poisoning. Please save yourself and eat anywhere else! They clearly need to reevaluate their business, training, speaker systems for the drive through, cleanliness for the ingredients and workspace (everything overall) jimmy John’s used to be really good. It’s honestly a shame I was really looking forward to my dinner that I paid $40 + tax for but I won’t be back to this place.
