    They toasted my sandwich without asking me. I didn't want it toasted. It was fine, whatever. I still ate it. But it wasn't what I wanted.

    There seems to be quality control issues in this particular Jimmy John's. Sandwiches are not made the same. Some are crisp and nice and others are soggy, salty and watery. Not at all the quality you would expect at Jimmy John's. The tuna gave me diarrhea. Not coming back to this one. Bad food quality and food preparation.
