  How does JJs consistently allow such poor management of this location? Make sure to check your food. I asked the kid at the register at Noon on 4/16/2026 many times if he had our order right because he didn't seem to be engaged or interested in paying attention to customers and I should have never left without checking. He was a space case. Both sandwiches completely wrong. Kickin Chicken was served on a roll when asked for a wrap and I don't even know what my unwich was....it was an actual wrap, not a PLAIN unwich so I couldn't eat it because it was gluten and had sauce all over it. So terrible and a waste of money. Didn't realize until we were on a 2.5 hr flight with no food.

  Portion sizes are ridiculously small for the price, especially compared to other sandwich chains

  I’ll just leave it at one slice of ham on my sandwich. One. Avoid this place.
