    Ordered turkey on a roll. They didn't put much meat in the sandwich and claimed no sauces except for mayo, mustard or things like peppers, pickles. Use caution at this location as it did not live up to JJ reputation. Aside from the JJ response to me that there was a lot of meat (not really), I did ask what else can be added to the sandwich besides mayo or mustard. Response, "that's it". JJ manager please try to contact me.

    I get up there and this lady is so mean and yells at me for not knowing what bread I want. Then when I try and say the bread I want it’s hard for me to read it because I have dyslexia so I try to say the French bread then yells at me for not knowing the name. I just feel very confused and honestly a little sad how people treat others with a disability that they can’t help.

    The woman at the cash register had absolutely NO INTEREST in having the sandwich made the way I ordered it (extra mustard) on the line. I asked her why they didn’t make it with extra mustard, and she pointed at the packets of mustard by the napkins and said “THE EXTRA MUSTARD IS RIGHT THERE.” The manager was was kind enough to remake it the way I ordered it.

    Jimmy John's is knows for its freaky fast food prep and consistent quality. This location is no exception. The one rub is that this airport location has just two tiny tables and they're in the area where people stand and wait for their orders. So you'll either have your food with someone's behind in your face, or plan to eat your sandwich on your lap (or after you board your flight). Also, prices here are higher than your typical JJ's, but that's not unexpected in an airport.
