- SSSydney4 days ago5.0Stayed here for two nights with points and really enjoyed our stay. Loved the rooms and happy we got to have breakfast for free for both nights. We really appreciated Barry and conversationing with him throughout our trips super nice guy

They are very rude and they don’t seem like they know what they are doing. Please look elsewhere if you are trying to find a good hotel.

Night shift front desk receptionist was amazing. He will definitely help you at anything you need. Will definitely be staying here from now on, I definitely recommend.

We sat down in the restaurant at the hotel and ordered our breakfast we gave up waiting for our breakfast after an hour. So we actually never even received our breakfast. If you stay at this hotel, don’t bother with the hotel restaurant.
- ALAshley LevesqueJun 20, 20262.0This hotel has potential but we were shocked on how badly it operated. We got there at 3pm to check in. The line was HUGE! The check in took forever. Parking was 40$. ALL the workers we came in contact with were miserable, expecially the morning waiter. Many people walked out on breakfast, he was so rude. Breakfast took about 2 hours and I was solo! The air conditioning was barely working, all the customers were sweating. The room was dirty, the shower had rust. We were only staying one night so didn't complain. The ice machine was broke, the espresso machine was broke. We were in town for a resturant opening across the street but if it were more than 1 night, we would have left. One good thing is we could walk to Bay Park. Oh and you get 2 free bottles of water in your room upon arrival.
