The pizza is really good, delivery is quick, and they even make a thin crust for me when I request it. Everyone is so nice, and they know me by name! They also send customers the cutest marketing materials with great deals. For their 38th anniversary, I received $38 in gift cards. At first, I thought there was no way I’d use them all before they expired, but they had different expiration dates, so I got to use every one. The owner told me his son designs the marketing materials, which makes them even more special. You can tell they put thought into taking care of their customers. I recommend them every chance I get.

This review serves as a helpful warning to others that once a promotional code is inputted via online ordering, if you don’t complete your purchase at that time, the offer becomes invalid for future use. That’s the result of a poorly designed computer program which causes frustration. I myself only order with a promotional code to offset a pricey delivery fee so it correlates into a loss of a future order of business but I’m also grateful of these offers received in standard mail. I still recommend 5 star pizza but customers beware. *Update regarding today’s order…I received mildly burnt cinnamon rolls on the top which had an unpleasant taste. I order them often and don’t ever recall this happening prior so it’s an anomaly but it’s enough to discontinue ordering for a while. I will toss the remaining promotional offers due to frustration experienced today as I definitely didn’t receive the typical 5 star pizza experience and will stick with my often cheaper and preferred chain pizza restaurants closer to home within walking distance.
