The staff is consistently polite and competent. We greatly appreciate the fact that, unlike some other Einstein Bros locations, this place continues to have a soft drink fountain, Thank you for the exceptional food and service.

Given that he was training a young girl he seemed annoyed taking our order trying to rush us out but as we sat and watch him interact with others who are not of color he was smiling from ear to ear and very pleasant in his interactions. He seemed to judge as if we couldn't afford the extra charges for the upgrades of our sandwiches and drinks. As a long time patron of this establishment I felt unwelcome and question whether we want to come back. The older gentlemen who is usually at the register was at the table behind us taking his break.. as he should! He is a wonderful asset to the team. He is welcoming, respectful and interacts with customers from young to old, black or white in the same manner. Seems like management can take a lesson from their staff.
