- ATAshlynd ToddJun 20, 20261.0Came one morning on vacation, to order a coffee and they were very rude. Messed my drink up and very unfriendly. Then came another night to grab ice cream because it’s a Baskin-Robbins conjoined, and I was asking if they mixed toppings in with vanilla ice cream like a blizzard and they were saying they had no idea what it was very unhelpful and rude again. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.

I cannot say enough positive things about the attitudes and friendly service I get when I’m there. Amanda with her peppy step and cheerful smile genuinely makes my whole day. Also the young skinny blonde chick is overly rude. Today’s experience I ordered a cloud latte (ordered this several times) and I get my drink and it looks nothing like I ever ordered instead of addressing the issue the young blonde chick kept saying no this is the cloud latte. I said this does not look like what I ever ordered before and she said yes it is. So I left. I go online look at the menu they put in orea cloud latte. So disgusting soggy Oreo flakes after 30 min. Ew. I also just want to say Connor is the best employee there.

Finally the girl with the caterpillars for eye lashes walks over to the register. Doesn’t say a word. Just stares at me as I look at the menu. When I looked at her I said “hi how are you?” And smiled and she stared at me and said “how can I help you?” In the rudest manner. So I repeated my initial question thinking maybe she’d take a hint that she was being rude. Instead she got louder with “HOW CAN I HELP YOU?” And a head bob. Nah girl I’m good. And I left. Zero customer service skills.
