  This was the WORST chipotle I think I have ever been too! The workers were so mean didn’t even asked me what I wanted; made me tell them what I wanted! They also were VERY unfriendly and they all looked like they hated their jobs and would rather be else where. There were way to many people working at once there were about 12 people standing were you order your food and it was very chaotic! There were a lot more back there too; I didn’t count but atleast 18 people working at once! They also give you no food the proportions were really bad they gave me like 3 pieces of meat and no guacamole. Then when we got our food it was cold and trust me it didn’t take us a long time to sit down and start eating so it must have just been cold to begin with. The place was filthy and we got there when it had just opened so I am assuming that no one cleaned it from the night before, also the bathroom was a train reck and was nasty!! The food tasted old and the chips were stale. This was the worst chipotle ever wouldn’t recommend at all! I would give it a 1 star!!! I would rather drive an hour to another one than go to this one ever again!

  Lady working the cash register had a huge issues with being at work . Slinging people's food and almost throwing my bag at me. Shes a problem. The people on the line were great . 12:00 5/8/26

  I've ordered here a few times and never had any serious issues, but this time the culmination of small things has made it worth mentioning. When I went to pick up my food, getting a fountain drink was like playing poker--and the house always has the upper hand-- soda dispenser #1&2 were duds, but lucky #3 finally had diet coke. When I got home, my food was still warm and everything looked good at first glance....but once I dug in I realized my double order of meat was actually a double or of rice; and not soft, sticky, slightly tangy rice. No, it was half cooked, still hard, and so SOUR with WAY too much lime juice on it. And my double corn salsa, was barely what could be considered one portion. I understand that quick service restaurants like Chipotle get busy, and often have higher turn-over. As someone who has worked in the service industry for many years, I can understand how an order gets messed up or doesn't present the best durring peak hours. BUT taking pride in one's work, putting out the very best possible product for your customers every time, no matter the circumstances...that is what creates customer loyalty, customer satisfaction, and it ultimately is what will make the business successful. Just because you have a big brand name like Chipotle on the front door, doesn't mean you have room to slack off. If anything, it's even more pressure to live up to the impeccable standards that are set, because Millions of people rely on Chipotle for their income. So please, take more care and more pride in making sure the quality of what you're serving is far and above what is expected. No one enjoys eating crunchy rice that is so tart with lime juice they decide it's better to simply trow it away.

  One of the worst Chipotles out there. Extremely rude staff. The main worker had a very bad attitude, and it reflected in the way she treated all of the customers. When we got up to the counter, she was swearing and complaining to herself about something regarding the customers and the BOGO Hockey jersey deal. She carelessly threw food into the bowls, and when we ordered steak and she realized it was empty, we asked how long it would be until there was a fresh batch. All she said was “A long time” and stared at us without a care for helping us or being courteous at all. She probably displayed the worst customer service I have ever seen at any restaurant or fast food place ever. The rest of the staff was also very rushed and careless, and it reflects in the cleanliness of the restaurant itself. Trash everywhere inside and outside, food all over the tables, chairs, and floors, messy and dirty countertop and kitchen. Clearly a very poorly run establishment with rude and unprofessional staff.
