  Horrible. I gave myself three opportunities at this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. There is a lack of customer service from most employees. Most of the time the floors and tables are dirty. Today, I went again, and to my surprise, the salon was closed again. The one who seems to be the manager (a young woman) told the people in line that they were taking online orders only. It was 9:00 p.m.… A couple of days ago, I went, and they said there was no dine-in or outside seating.

  First time I have been to this chipotle location it was 6 o’clock last night on May 14 The line was steady. I went to order my bowl. The rice was mushy, and the cilantro was unbelievably heavy in the rice. The peppers and onions were literally at the bottom of the barrel and all the juice, beans were soaking in too much of the liquid. Salad was dripping wet! The line workers were great. The two girls in-between the cash register (not the cash register girl) we’re talking so much not paying attention that people were walking out with orders and had to come back because items were either missed not putting proper orders together. Rolling your eye is a definite NO-Grow up I asked for a Coke and a bottle water behind them. They rang me up $2.50 for a fountain drink forgot the bottled water and I had to go back and get it. The chips in the bag were mostly air, 22 chips. But what was really disturbing the EVERY garbage can was on overflow as you come in and that had been sitting there a while there was no place to even put your garbage The fruit drink drinks one of them was totally out the other three low. It was sticky and dirty. The whole fountain drink area was dirty. SERIOUS CLEANING needs to be done. The black foor mat was so dirty it should be thrown away. The entire resturant was unacceptable and dirty. Tables NOT WIPED DOWN in the eating area had zero clean tables -food on the floor and if you go outside, it was just as bad which brings me to the last part where there were flies that you had to shoot away while you’re trying to eat. Come on Chipotle you can do better than this.

  I ordered a steak bowl but ended up with what felt more like a rice bowl with a teaspoon of steak. The brown rice had a lot of hard, dry bits in it, and I kept having to spit pieces out while eating, which was really unpleasant. The steak itself was extremely dry, overcooked, and didn’t taste fresh—more like it had been sitting for a while. The service also fell short. The employee preparing my bowl didn’t say a single word the entire time—no greeting or interaction at all, just hand gestures to indicate choices, which felt awkward and unwelcoming. On top of that, the lemonades were out during my visit. On a positive note, the restaurant was very clean, bright, and had plenty of seating. Unfortunately, the food quality and lack of service made this a disappointing experience overall.

  My first and last time in here. The team is slow and disrespectful, can even scream at you and judge you, the food is completely cold and not fresh (salad was half brown and disgusting), and the siting area outside was a mess. I’m not normally write bad reviews, but this place literally is the worse.

  After reading the other reviews, I guess I should have checked that first. This place is a mess. I almost didn’t take my food. It’s so dirty, also lemonade drink machines are not even out and when I asked, they’re broken. The drink station is so dirty. Bathroom had no soap. The young Girl serving food was very nice, but the rest of the experience would make me never come back to this location. Corporate needs to come do a thorough inspection here and clean it up along with a retraining for the staff.
