  Smallest burrito I've ever had. I know the spot closes at 11pm i went in at 10pm and everyone got mad haha if they clean at 10 they should lock the door or close at 10pm. I thought anywhere you go you get served good until they close. Is that not a thing anymore? I would say thanks to all the workers and none of them replied. Maybe they should look for another job.

  I love their food but this place was a wreck. Guy taking money and then going and serving food without changing his gloves. Stood in line for 15 mins with only a few people in front of me. Definitely worse chipotle I have experienced.

  Wish I could give negative stars. This was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I’m vegetarian, and they were out of basically every ingredient besides rice, beans, and tofu. Since there were hardly any toppings available, I asked for some extra tofu to make up for everything that was missing. Instead, they charged me for double protein. I completely understand that extra protein normally costs more, but my bowl literally had almost nothing besides rice, beans, and tofu. Charging me around $16 for a bowl with barely any ingredients—especially when they were the ones who were out of everything—was extremely disappointing. At the very least, they could have offered a reasonable substitution or accommodated the extra tofu given the circumstances

  I work in the plaza and have gone to get food during my break and they are dirty and didn’t have a lot of there ingredients. Not to mentioned that I’ve waited over 15 min for “fast food” and the Disappointment when I wait all that time, and can’t even choose the protein of my liking because they ran out and the cook forgot to make some after being asked multiple times by the person on the line for it. Food is always cold and the food line was disgusting with food all over. Only one person working the line during peak hours. The register person walks away and leaves her by herself.

  I am extremely disappointed with the experience my family and I had at your restaurant. The rice in our food was undercooked and hard to eat. When we politely brought the issue to the attention of an employee, instead of handling the situation professionally, she was rude, dismissive, and began laughing with her coworkers in front of other customers. She even made comments implying that we shouldn’t be complaining because we had already eaten some of the food. This was humiliating and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, several employees appeared to be goofing off while customers were waiting to be served. They were hitting each other with a broomstick and throwing cups around instead of focusing on providing good customer service. Seeing this behavior in a restaurant was shocking and unprofessional. We only realized the rice was undercooked after we had started eating. Customers should not be embarrassed or treated disrespectfully for bringing a legitimate concern to the staff’s attention. Despite the poor quality of the food and the disrespectful treatment we received, no effort was made to resolve the issue. We were not offered a refund or any reasonable solution. I have always expected better customer service from Chipotle. This experience fell far below those expectations. I hope this complaint is taken seriously, the incident is investigated, and appropriate action is taken to ensure that no other customer is treated this way.
