  I did a pickup order through the website and sadly got the wrong protein added to the bowl. I called this location and a nice gentleman picked up and got it all squared away! I went back to the Sarasota location they had nicely redone my order with the correct protein. I felt so embarrassed because I’ve never had to do this, but I was glad they were patient and understanding and had great problem-solving skills. Amazing customer service! 10 out of 10 food will recommend to anyone who would listen to go to this location because one: the food is great and two: the staff is even better

  I come to CAVA about 5 times a week, and it’s always a great experience. The food is fresh, consistent, and delicious, but what really stands out is the service. Quinn is absolutely amazing. she’s always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She genuinely makes every visit better and deserves a lot of recognition for the way she treats customers. I highly recommend CAVA, and especially appreciate Quinn for making it such a great experience every time!

  I can’t speak highly enough about Greyson! He was so kind and seemed like he genuinely cared about us and giving us the best. He seems to truly have a heart for people and it was such a sweet experience especially this day and age when people just don’t seem to care anymore. I pray God blesses him abundantly. Oh and food is amazing!!

  Erica and Quinn are the best! They always greet me with big smiles and make sure I’m taken care of. They’re so friendly and helpful, and they always say, “If you need anything, just ask.” Their great service makes every visit even better! Sarasota Florida Cava off on University Ave. And we you visit ask for them!

  I frequently visit the Sarasota, Fl location since the food is SO good and fresh. Aside the food, the Service is Even better. Pebbles, immediately greets everyone with a smile, she’s very kind and willing to help with questions and flavors. She is definitely an employee that any face serving company should have!!!!
