  The service here was extremely disappointing. Neither employee seemed welcoming or interested in helping us. The first person barely said a word to us and then just stared at us while we were ordering, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. Both employees seemed visibly annoyed throughout the entire experience. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, this experience left a really bad impression.

  The food was actually very good, which makes this review even more disappointing. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employee who greeted me barely said more than a few words and looked irritated the entire time I was ordering. I felt completely unwelcome. Great food, but the customer service really needs improvement.

  I love this place! The food is great. The combinations and recipes were awesome. It was fast. Food Mediterranean but good. It was pricier but I think it was a really good product and a really good meal

  Grayson and Bri were absolutely incredible at customer service. Took pride in the way they made our food and made my family and I feel so comfortable. Definitely coming back here as a regular because of them!!!

  I was last Thursday around 9pm and it was not a good experience. This was my first at Cava and I encountered a messy serving area with all the food around and the personal with dirty aprons. The guy who served us was talking and laughing with our the bowl in his hands. Later another personal grab lettuce with her hand from one side and walk to the other to put it in my bowl. I just think in retrospect why we accept to have a meal like this and I don’t understand. We were very disgusted eating that food because of bad experience. I think it lacks organization or management. I know they close at 10pm that day but we were like 15 people and we were treated with the leftovers. The lady who was served before me, was asked if she was ok with a burned salmon, she denied and she was served 5 min later with a piece of salmon almost equal.
