  Tried Cava today for the first time. I like that the menu isn't super overwhelming & very visible. I tried the Chicken & Rice and it was full of flavor! I especially loved the pita chips. Not crispy, very flavorful & soft.

  I am a delivery driver for Uber Eats. I also eat there quite a bit. But after my last experience, I will no longer pick up deliveries or eat there. . This is my third trip to Cava to pick up an order for Uber Eats. Every time I stand there waiting nobody acknowledge me, but all the waters are sitting behind them. They can’t reach over grab one and help the drivers out. It’s not just me I saw I will never go in there again to pick up any food for that particular, horrible service. I also called Uber and notified Them about this and how they treat the drivers when they’re in there disgraceful!

  Had an amazing experience at Cava today! The food was absolutely delicious—everything tasted fresh, and the seasonal salmon was especially fantastic. They don't skimp on the portions, and the meal left me feeling full and satisfied. A special thank you to Marietta for providing outstanding customer service. She was professional welcoming, and went above and beyond by offering me samples. Her kindness made an already great dining experience even better. I'll definitely be back!

  Walked in, waited in line, nobody in staff looks up or says anything, there was 2 people in line and 4 workers. This lady did two online orders while I was standing there no one in front of me. I would say maybe take care of someone physically in line in the middle of doing multiple separate online orders. I don’t write reviews often but this was just weird, the workers were like robots

  i love the food here but the service is so bad, when my friend went to order her bowl the lady laughed and judged her for her order and it’s like i get it sometimes people get some crazy combinations but maybe keep that to yourself or wait til we leave to say something idk. Also, i don’t know how long takes to fry pita chips but i never get them until after i’ve eaten my entire meal. shout out to grayson tho for finally acknowledging my presence after just clocking in and fixing the problem asap when everyone else ignored me for 10 minutes. it also only took like 2 minutes to make more pita chips so i don’t understand why im always here for 40 days and 40 nights waiting for pita chips so i can enjoy them with my bowl. unfortunately i like the food so i might come back but please save yourself the trouble and order online or look for the tall guy with the septum. He’s carrying this location on his back and i know he don’t get paid enough for this.
