    The restaurant is very beautiful and conveniently placed near the entrance to the mall. I ordered the NY strip which came out raw in the center. Sent back for a correction and came out raw once more, about 2-3 mins following. Manager makes a correction once more, 5 mins later to deliver a burnt steak. Great atmosphere with great servers, but I cannot recommend eating here after this experience. We also paid full price for a $55 steak, delivered raw.

    After Uber Eats failed me Jamie the GM & GG were absolute dreams . They made the order right and hooked us up with the special bread! They were awesome! Get over there!

    Decided to treat my husband to a date day. Ended up with a less than enjoyable experience. We were first seated at a booth (only 3 large ones in the whole restaurant facing the bar). Not only was it very hot where we were sitting because a door was open right in front of us, but the ceiling was dripping above us & water landed on my husband’s shirt. We decided to move to a table towards the middle of the restaurant. Our server Angelica F was pretty attentive & had decent customer service at first (wait til the end). She came out with the bread & butter & the bread was extremely hard, way too crunchy to even enjoy. Then came our food; flatbread & chicken parm. Flatbread was also VERY crunchy & so were the side of fries. I decided not to leave a tip bc the overall experience wasn’t tip worthy in our opinion. Angelica has me pay for the bill on an electronic device that she was holding the whole time & was watching how much I would tip. I felt uncomfortable but not pressured in anyway; I left no tip & signed the bill. Asked for a printed copy. She comes back with the printed receipt & asks very directly if I’m going to leave cash for a tip…I looked at her confused & said no. She told me with a sad look on her face that if I don’t leave a tip then she would have to pay for the table out of her own pocket. My husband & I were genuinely confused; I told her I’ve never heard of that & explained in detail why we decided not to leave a tip (shouldn’t have had to explain my reasoning but I’ve never been in this situation at a restaurant before). She insisted that if we don’t leave a tip, she’d have to pay for the table cost. I asked if she could give us a few mins to talk about it. And my husband reiterated that we aren’t leaving a tip. Come to find out, what she said was a straight up LIE! It is illegal to require workers to pay out of pocket for a table that doesn’t leave a tip. I have never been to a restaurant that tried to manipulate me into tipping & was so persistent about it. Angelica F, you are lucky I didn’t look that up in the restaurant, I would have spoken to your manager immediately. If you ever hear this from a server, don’t believe them! That was our 1st & LAST time coming to this restaurant, huge disappointment!

    I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the true definition of professional service at Brio Italian Grill. My company had placed a large lunch order, but due to a breakdown in communication with the delivery service, our food did not arrive as expected. When I reached out to the restaurant, I spoke with the manager, Jaime, who was incredibly proactive. Despite not having received the original order, Jaime immediately took ownership of the situation. She promised to prioritize our order, ensuring it was freshly prepared and personally delivered by one of their staff members in record time. The employee who delivered our meal was professional, friendly, and a wonderful representative of the restaurant. As for the food, it was outstanding. The sausage rigatoni arrabbiata was delicious, and the chicken Caprese tasted incredibly fresh. To top it off, the warm, homemade bread was a highlight for the entire team. I am truly impressed by Jaime’s leadership and her commitment to customer satisfaction. She turned a potential frustration into a seamless experience. I highly recommend Brio Italian Grill—not just for their delicious, high-quality food, but for the genuine professionalism of their management team.
