  Julissa is absolutely phenomenal. Bartender keeps up with everything friendly and kind. Tara is always a treat and we never like to miss martini Monday. Jessica One of the managers always stop by to say hi. Drinks are fantastic. Food is always on point. We love coming here.

  I had to wait for an extended period of time for my curbside order to be brought out..after waiting almost 10 minutes I went in to see why there was a delay in bringing it out and as soon as I walked in I noticed it was 4 staff members standing at the host stand. They were all laughing and joking amongst each other and a few of them were on their phones..meanwhile my food was sitting right beside the hostess. This is unacceptable as seeing that my food was sitting there getting colder unnecessarily. None of the staff attempted to apologize at the least. This was my first and last time visiting this location.

  My waitresses name was Courtney. She was amazing. It was my first time ever eating at bonefish Grill and she took the extra time to explain the menu and go over any specials that we’re going on in the restaurant. She even gave us a really good recommendations. She was attentive in the food was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming here again.

  We went back in March. We had just left the aquarium and were craving some seafood. It was a Sunday around lunch time and there was no wait for a seat. Not pictured but always ordered when we come, the Bang Bang Shrimp. It came out fresh, hot, crunchy and full of flavor! Our teenager wasn’t keen on the fish n’ chips, it was a little greasier than they usually have it. Still delicious. I had the special, it was amazing! And our non-seafood family member had the burger and was pleased with it. This is an expensive treat for us but we throughly enjoyed our meals.

  Today we stopped at Bone fish grill for dinner at 8101 Cooper creek Blvd Sarasota Florida 34201.And the hostess send us to a dirty table .My husband and l asked the hostess why we were being sat at a dirty table and the second hostess said she did not know why. she was told for us to sit on that table number 3 anyway.l asked the hostess for some napkins to clean the table and she said she was going to clean the table for us.l immediately felt that l needed to take action of telling her that we needed to be sat on a different tablet.And the hostess was agreeable to move us to a different table.We did mentioned the situation that had happened to the waiter and the waiter apologized to us.Which was fine.But we thought the manager will also come and talk to us.She kept visiting everyone else and did not come to our table and acknowledge what had happened .The restaurant was not busy at all.They could have sat us on a clean table that was not stick with oil ,tissues and left over broccoli from the previous people.My salmon tested very dry even though l had put the mango sauce that l had chosen.Another thing that happened was the hostess asked us if we could sit on the high chair or by table number 3.we said we did not wanted to sit on a high table and the hostess took us to table number 3 that was stick with oil ,tissues and left over vegetables.This was very unpleasant to us and experience we had at Bone fish grill was not very nice at all.l hope this will not happen agin.Our visit was on the 05/31/26.Store number7008
