  Luke is an absolute joy! He was attentive, friendly, and always on point throughout our visit. He made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The manager, Jessica, also came by to check on us, which was a lovely touch and showed how much they care about their guests. Excellent service all around, we truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back!

  Nick was our server and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the menu very friendly excellent service from Nick.. We both had the Seabass it was fantastic and highly recommend, the coleslaw is some of the best coleslaw we’ve ever had. All in all a very good experience at bonefish highly recommended

  1 STAR — Date night turned into a frustrating $86 dinner I truly hate leaving reviews like this because my husband and I were just looking forward to a nice date night out. Unfortunately, this experience was so disappointing that we will never return. It started with the hostess seating the two of us at a table directly next to a party of 25 people. I should have immediately asked to move, but I was excited to simply be out enjoying dinner with my husband and decided to give it a chance. That was a mistake. We waited 12 minutes before our waitress even came to the table. She asked what we wanted to drink, so we ordered two watermelon martinis and two waters. Before she rushed away, I also asked if we could please have some bread. She said she would bring it. Then we waited. And waited. We could actually see our drinks sitting at the bar. Eventually, my husband walked toward the bar and spoke with one of the hostesses to see if someone could help. She explained that she couldn’t serve the drinks herself, so she had to find another employee to get them. At that point, we asked if we could please be moved to another table because it was obvious our waitress was overwhelmed trying to serve the huge party next to us. Instead of moving us, we were told they would simply give us another waitress and keep us sitting in the exact same spot. Then the manager came over, and unfortunately, the excuses she gave only made the situation more frustrating. She explained the party of 25 had two waitresses!!!! This made us question more on why are we waiting on water and bread and our drinks sitting at the bar for now was 20 minutes into just having water. It wasn’t until we were introduced to our new waitress that we finally received bread and finally they walked our two martinis over. We eventually ordered our food, and thankfully it did come out. But by then, the entire experience had already been ruined. The food itself was bland and certainly didn’t justify the $86 bill. Then came the push for dessert. At that point, we honestly laughed. We had already waited long enough for drinks, water, bread, and dinner. We weren’t about to sit there and wait another hour for dessert. We told the manager we were going to Publix to get our own food. Her response was to offer us a card for a free appetizer, which honestly felt more insulting than helpful after the experience we had just had. Here’s the problem: people work hard all week and spend their hard-earned money to go out for a relaxing dinner. We shouldn’t leave a restaurant more frustrated than when we walked in. And when restaurants expect customers to leave 20–25% tips, the service needs to justify that expectation. This wasn’t about one small mistake. It was a series of poor decisions, long waits, excuses, and ultimately food that wasn’t worth what we paid. We won’t be back. At this point, I honestly feel like the better option is: Stay home. Serve yourself. Save the $86. And save yourself the frustration.
