  I love using the McDonald's mobile app for curbside pickup. The ordering process is seamless, and the app lets you customize everything without worrying about an order taker getting it wrong over a speaker. As soon as I parked in the designated curbside spot and entered my stall number, an employee brought my food out in less than 5 minutes. The food was piping hot, the fries were fresh, and the service was incredibly polite. It completely bypasses the long drive-thru lines during the lunch rush. Highly recommend!

  Placed a dine in order took 20 minutes. All indications were food would be brought to you tableside. However everything was placed in Togo bags and drink carrier. No telling how long are food was up there before I got up and saw it sitting there.then had to wait a few minutes for a missing drink.

  Yikes! No staff! No food! You walk into an empty box. And they deprioritize walk ins. Ick

  I get to the store, doors are locked over an hour early, would’ve been nice to use the restroom. So no choice but drive through because I drove out of my way for this garbage. Was not busy, waited at the speaker to order, the guy in the first window smelled so bad like dirty laundry I could smell it in my car for nearly 5 min after leaving that window. Then I ask the woman at the second window why the dining room is closed, she makes me repeat myself 3 times while she tries to think up some excuse, but defaulted to “we’re closed”, I mention the sign on both doors say 11, there’s customers in the dining room. She shakes her head and says “no” with a smirk on her face, and it does in fact say 11. Then comes the garbage food, pictured is one of the two sad McDoubles that cost $3, has no onion, 1 pickle, dry and smashed. This was acceptable when they were .99, but that was a few years ago, and how did a med drink get to almost $3? This is a fountain drink, it costs pennies to make, this was also .99 a couple years ago. McDonald’s you need to pick a lane, if the food is going to be trash, it needs to be cheap. There’s fast casual restaurants running sub $10 burger combos right now. If it’s going to be overpriced trash I’ll eat somewhere else.

  I have never spent so long at a McDonalds waiting for food. They were very understaffed and the workers showed it. Just trying to get a cup of ice water after 30 minutes of waiting got an eye roll in response and no water. Management should consider increased staffing for future customers that might consider returning, but I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes to go to a different McDonalds.
