Contrary to what I’ve seen in some reviews service was friendly and attentive as soon as we came in. Gave samples for both us and our kids, and was helpful with any questions we had. Covered porch was a nice shaded spot to sit out of the sun, and gave room for the kids to run around. Would do back if we were in the area.

Not inside when you’re ordering and trying to decide between ice cream and gelato that are in separate freezers. Theres a line to get in and then you see the ice cream first not knowing what gelato flavors are on offer. I tried to go look and essentially got pushed out of line. A family let me back in and I just ordered a scoop no toppings or anything and got out of the way. Rushed. The vibe check at heavenly fails miserably. Would have ordered more. Honestly won’t be back. Ice cream isn’t bad but pretty much everything else is.
