- RSRaine Smith1 day ago1.0I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I experienced at this location. Upon arrival, the drive-thru line was backed up so severely that vehicles were spilling out onto Winter Park Ball Boulevard, causing a notable traffic disruption. I had placed a pick-up order through the drive-thru, but given the unreasonable wait time, I decided to go inside to collect my order. After informing a staff member that I had a pick-up order waiting, I stood at the counter for approximately 20 minutes without receiving my food. What made this experience particularly frustrating was the visible staffing imbalance I observed during this time. Four employees were stationed at the drive-thru window and appeared to be idle, while a single team member was left to assemble orders entirely on his own. This lack of coordination and task delegation directly contributed to the delays both inside and in the drive-thru line. I have always appreciated the convenience this location offers, which makes this experience all the more disappointing. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the staffing and operational issues that led to such a poor customer experience. I look forward to seeing improvements on future visits.
