  Ordered online for pickup and when I arrived at the location about 15 minutes later, not only was my order still not finished, but I was told I needed to wait another 7 minutes because my pasta bowl wasn't made. I literally ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. Once I was given my order, (Medium pizza and pasta bowl) I checked to see if my order was correct and of course I was given the wrong pizza. No apology for the wait or the wrong item. And when I got back home, the pizza was luke warm and kinda dry from sitting in the warmer for too long, waiting on my pasta bowl. I will never go to that location ever again. Very dissatisfied

  I did pickup and waited 10 mins while my pizza dried out more and 1 of the 2 pizzas I ordered was wrong. This location is relatively consistent in their inability to make a fully correct order

  I placed an order, it said it would be ready in 15 min, waited to leave and then drove there, I got ther they said another 5 minutes... 15 min later still waiting. Waited almost 40 minutes for 1 pizza and a double order of cheese sticks. That's just waiting for it to be cooked, I was picking it up.

  As I walk in I watched a young man moping the floor, keeping it clean. But not long after that he was in the kitchen making food without washing his hands. As I approached the register and asked for my money back and explained why he continued handling food and NO ONE in the kitchen seemed concerned 🤯
