  I was a cool place, old school Pizza Hut when I went in there several years back, but now it is mainly for pick up. I understand but the classic is missed.

  Service is trash. The app tells you that your order is done. You walk in, the screen says your order is done, but when you ask for it, they say it's not done and make you wait an additional 5-10 minutes along with 4 or 5 other people whose name is also on the screen as ready. Nobody cares that it will take an additional 10 minutes for a pizza to be ready. We understand that you're busy, but there's no need to waste people's time and say it's ready when it's not.

  I literally sat here and watched them leave ppl pizza on the stove for 15 min without boxing. I’m a dasher I don’t recommend you order from this location

  Ordered online for pickup and when I arrived at the location about 15 minutes later, not only was my order still not finished, but I was told I needed to wait another 7 minutes because my pasta bowl wasn't made. I literally ordered online so I wouldn't have to wait. Once I was given my order, (Medium pizza and pasta bowl) I checked to see if my order was correct and of course I was given the wrong pizza. No apology for the wait or the wrong item. And when I got back home, the pizza was luke warm and kinda dry from sitting in the warmer for too long, waiting on my pasta bowl. I will never go to that location ever again. Very dissatisfied
