    If you're going to start breakfast at 3am, your app should say that too. Don't be open for 24 hours if you don't want to run a 24hr restaurant.

    This how they wrap sandwiches here. They straight up use their hands. No tongs. They just reach in the 10-1 meat trey and grab it with gloves. Nice. That's how you cross contaminate. Big safety issue if you have allergies. Lazy

    I had a very disappointing experience at this location. After an issue with my order in the app, I was told by who I assume was the manager, Niya, that I would have to get a refund through the app and that it had nothing to do with the store. When I explained that I still needed food and was willing to pay for a new order, she refused to help and told me I had to drive around again. This situation was not my fault, yet instead of trying to assist or offer a solution, she shut the window in my face and told me to leave because I was “holding up the line” and “adding minutes to her orders” At no point did she attempt to have a professional conversation or provide any customer service. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. A manager should be able to handle customer concerns respectfully and professionally. Based on this experience, I do not believe Niya demonstrated the qualities expected of someone in a management position.

    If u work at this McDonald’s you seriously should just quit your job because you clearly hate it. Take 25 minutes for a pick up order every. Time. Wrong sauce, no salt on the fries, cold food. I only stop once in a blue moon because I’m starving on my way home from work and it pisses me off every single time.
