  Anytime you order here when its evening they say "We are only taking mobile orders" then you order mobile and they take FOREVER to make your food to the point you are waiting 20 plus minutes in the drive through. Its this particular McDonalds, and its a pretty consistent occurrence as well. Food usually comes out fine when it finally does but having the drive though down almost every night it insane.

  Run out of cups and was charged for a up charge because they didn’t order enough cups. That is not my issue I shouldn’t be charged for an upsize up I don’t care if it was 1 cent it’s the business inconvenience not paying customers. Thanks Stephen (The manager) for not honoring a small 10 cent upcharge. With that being said I went to Wendy’s and got exactly what I wanted

  Dont waste money here, waste of money. Example. Buy a large fry, get less than a mediums worth 99% of the time. Always filled barely half full. Literally worst mcdonalds around.

  I didn't understand why there were accepting just mobile orders. I had to park, download the app, sign in, make the order, get my card info to pay the order. Go back to the drive thru with my code and wait.... I think today the definition of fast food lost it's meaning.... Maybe in the future the idea of doing the order online would be attractive. But the fact that I was there and they couldn't take my order... Just mobile.... It was ridiculous.

  When i went inside to order my food April 17,2026 at 10:40 am. There was an employee fight going on. An elderly black women, jamaican possibly, was screaming the loudest. Very unprofessional to hear. Also, this location needs to be educated on sanitation . I watched an indian woman with a scarf employee with gloves on wipe her face and hair and did not take her gloves off after period. I also witness a young lady finishing up breakfast. Sandwiches whipe her nose with her gloved hand and continue to make the sandwiches without changing her gloves. Disgusting
