Absolutely deplorable customer service. The attitudes from the staff were aggressive, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude. Something as simple as asking for almond milk became an issue every single time, and despite repeatedly requesting it, I was still given whole milk. Then when I asked for the drink to be remade correctly, the staff acted irritated and inconvenienced.
Customers should not feel uncomfortable or disrespected for politely asking for their order to be made correctly. I’ve already stopped spending money at Starbucks, and unfortunately, Dunkin is now on that list too. Too many people are bringing negative energy and nasty attitudes into the workplace and taking it out on customers. Do better.

I tried to call and speak with a manager but I wasn't able to get through. Im not sure if the woman or young lady working the drive through is going through something personal, but any place of employment will advise you leave it at the door. In any instance of me ordering hash Browns at Dunkin' Donuts, I've never been asked how many specifically in quantity of hashbrowns I wanted, I wanted one order of hashbrowns, and that was it. I ask for you to further explain because I wasn't understanding what you were asking, and for some reason, you felt that it was acceptable to scream at me through the intercom. Retraining is definitely something that should be considered by management.

I went in the drive through and the woman ask me for my order, when I say one thing she told pull to the next window without me getting to finish. Later I went to pay and the lady that takes my card just snatched it out of my hand and forcefully gave me my order. Won’t really recommend as their customer service is bad.

Went today to order a bagel. Before I even got out my full order I was interrupted and told there is a “hold on food”. I asked what that meant and was told no food was going out for 20 minutes due to a back order of food.
After that I watched multiple people order donuts while I was completely ignored. All I wanted was a bagel. I took my business elsewhere and will not be returning. Never ever been to a fast food establishment and told I can’t even order anything for at least 20 minutes.
