- NPNicholas Palmer3 days ago1.0If I could leave less than one star I would. First, the lady at the drive up menu yelled for us to wait after not being able to get her words correct, fine whatever. When we pulled up to the window to pay the same employee who took our order was yelling at another employee using gross and obscene language. Loud enough that our kids in the back seats were uncomfortable with the situation, so I know everyone in the lobby could hear her as well. That is the absolute last time I will ever visit that location. Absolutely unacceptable.

- CTCheryl ThomasMar 23, 20261.0Put in a drive thru order, 2 Avo Toast w bacon, hash browns and muffins. The toast was burnt, they forgot the bacon and 1 muffin. Stopped back in to get it fixed, got my blueberry muffin no issues, the other person put cold bacon on the toast , she rolled her eyes when I asked for it to be warmed up. Worst experience from Dunkin ever. Dunkin’ is our fave stop when traveling, will not be stopping at this one again.
