  The food is fine but they are very stingy on portions. I got guacamole and I know that its extra but the guy gave me half a normal scoop. I go to chipotle almost every day so I know how much I should get. I asked him politely if I could get a little more and he rudely and seemed annoyed said he would need to charge double. I realize now I should have just left and went to the one next to the mall they usually have way better service than this one.

  We received amazing service this evening! The entire staff was great. My son was ordering his meal and Mike was patient at the register and super helpful. My husband said Micheal really stood out with his customer service and wanted to make sure I left this review to acknowledge his service and character.

  Avoid at all costs - food quality and service just the worst. Called corporate and they know about it! Head absolutely anywhere else !

  Extremely rude girl tonight at the drive thru window. Pulled up and had to wait for her to decide when she felt like not cleaning and getting her side work done. When she finally decided to come to the window it was as if I was disrupting her and inconveniencing her and then rudely said what’s the name. After I gave her my name she grabbed my order and was ready to hand it off and get back to work. I stared at her waiting for my drink and she just stared back at me as if she was waiting for me to ask her something and I’m looking at her like where the hell is my drink. Finally after a stare off since she doesn’t know how to use her voice I finally say doesn’t this come with a drink? Then she asks me if it’s a kids meal and I’m just thinking like did you not look at the order to even see if it comes with anything else before handing it off? Then she grabs a cup and makes my drink and hands it to me and then she slams the window shut. No thank you no have a good night nothing straight attitude the entire time. I can definitely see now why this store is rated so low. Not to mention when I finally got home after an exhausting day I see that my meal was wrong. I ordered steak and got pieces of barbacoa and chicken and like two pieces of steak as if they were trying to make it look like I had enough meat but it wasn’t even the right protein. I usually only write good reviews but this just straight pissed me off. I will not be ordering from this store again even though it’s the closest chipotle to me. Horrible customer service and food.
