  Terrible service and consistently small portions. I’ve given this Chipotle on 46 & International in Sanford three chances, and unfortunately, today was the final straw. The first two visits had terrible service and noticeably small portions. Today, the employee completely ignored me when I walked up and even asked how his day was going. When I tried to order a burrito, he simply turned around and walked away. He didn’t say he needed to grab something, didn’t tell me he’d be right back—nothing. I stood there for several minutes, watching him peek around the corner, before I finally decided I wasn’t going to stand there begging someone to take my money. I left and took my business somewhere else. Just when you thought Popeyes had mastered the art of bad customer service, this Chipotle stepped up and apparently accepted the challenge: “How bad can customer service really get?” At this point, I’m pretty sure you have to get fired from Popeyes to qualify for a job here. 😂 The good news is that after reading other reviews, I know it’s not just me. Other customers are reporting the same issues with poor service and small portions. Three chances was enough. I’ll spend my money at another Chipotle that actually appreciates having customers.

  This location has gone downhill over the past six months food is bland, and the majority of the staff are rude. You are better off going to the other chipotle in Lake Mary.

  I know chipotle has gotten a bad rep lately but tonight was awful. Ordered a burrito bowl with chicken and there is almost no chicken, minimal rice and an overload of sour cream. Never going there again, sticking to Tijuana Flats going forward. And to the owner or who responds as the owner, your promises of improvement are a waste, I’ve read the reviews and apparently there has been zero improvement.

  We picked up two burritos and chips with guacamole for take out. We got home, and discovered one burrito was missing two ingredients, and the other was steak, but to my husband’s dismay, all the steak pieces were extremely fatty. In addition to the burrito disappointment, the chips were incredibly stale. We feel ripped off. We’ll never visit again.
