  My experience was awful. My food was spoiled . And I had to go back for a refund. I would recommend you guys to watch your food before buying it..

  This Bravo has become Key Food Fresh Supermarket. Ive never had a price problem with Bravo. Now being a new chain, they mislead you with prices. They will put products under cheaper prices that are not their price. Just be aware about this. Ea. Baby octopus (priced at $11.29) under "mixed Seafood" label at $6.99. Pay attention.

  This location is now called Key Food, and the customer service is terrible. ​On July 22nd, I was attended by a cashier named Dafny, who provided exceptionally poor service. She was unhelpful, unprofessional, and acted with a dismissive, rude attitude throughout the entire interaction. Staff here make you feel as though you should be grateful just to be served, showing zero empathy or basic courtesy for customers. Management seriously needs to invest in proper customer service training for their team. ​To make matters worse, the store consistently smells damp and dirty. Given the overall lack of cleanliness, I wouldn't be surprised if rodents take over the place at night. ​I definitely do not recommend shopping here.
