Instead of addressing concerns respectfully, he was dismissive and unpleasant to deal with. I was also concerned by the appearance of the food preparation area and employees not following what appeared to be proper hygiene standards, including the lack of visible hair restraints. Overall, the service and professionalism were far below what I expect from a restaurant. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location based on my experience.

After waiting a couple of minutes without anyone acknowledging me at the speaker, another vehicle pulled into the second drive-thru lane. I continued waiting and still received no response. Over the next several minutes, I could hear what sounded like employees talking through the headset, but no one greeted customers or provided any communication. The headset then went silent, and after waiting roughly 10 minutes total, I tried saying “hello” myself but still received no response. At that point, I pulled forward and noticed there were now two vehicles ahead of me, including the truck that had arrived after I did. One of those vehicles eventually left, apparently due to the wait. From what I could see, no food or orders were being handed out while customers continued to sit in line. My concern is not simply the wait time, it’s the complete lack of communication and customer service. A simple acknowledgment such as, “We’ll be with you shortly,” would have made a significant difference. Instead, I spent nearly 20 minutes waiting without any indication that anyone was taking orders or preparing food. For a location that advertises 24-hour service and is still relatively new, this experience was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. I respectfully ask management to review who was working during the morning shift and address these service issues so future customers do not have the same experience.
