To put it into perspective, my kids fell in love with Bojangles while we visited North Carolina last year. We spotted this one in Sanford after our trampoline adventures. We were the only customers in the restaurant, not only was the person at the register not inviting, rude, and was hard to hear, but I felt rushed. The food then took about 20 minutes. This is fast food. They didn't call my name loudly, so thankfully another customer who just walked in said "I think those are your drinks." The food was the redeeming quality, delicious as we remember. Kinda bummed they didn't have hotdogs and other items like in North Carolina.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Dee was amazing and provided us with the best customer service! All of the food was hot and fresh.
