  I went today to try the new steak sandwich and it was no steak in there. I brought back to tell the store and the manger told me this is how it's made and there was no meat all bread and they stated this is normal. The manager then call the next manager to tell me this is how they make it, I could not believe it, told me I get it its not worth it from his own mouth. Make this make sense, I then wanted to ask the cook which was not the one making my food, i saw him come back from break at the time, but he had a problem saying im busy, when the manager told me I can ask him. Like dude quit if you don't like your job, just saying. But came home and all the food tasted like its been sitting for a while. I should returned all the food when I seen the sandwich was terrible. Just don't eat at this place and cook, fast food places will all close down with this type of service. Then your hiring people that don't even care is a mess. Never will I eat at arbys again and this location for sure. It used to be good but its nasty save your money and eat somewhere you really want. I told my BF I wanted to go here and he said you sure, I should of listen to him, and arby please don't text me back im sorry. You are not your food is nasty and you need to do better. Im nice enough to not post the pics, but ask you manager what happen🤢🤮

  **Update The GM from the location called me and went out of her way to make this right. Thank you Sandy! ** Ordered a Roast Turkey Ranch & Bacon sandwich through the app as a part of a mobile app order for pickup through the drive through. When we got back home, the sandwich was opened and we found it to contain hair, assumingly from a human. I called the restaurant and requested a refund because the person the sandwich was for did not trust them for a replacement. The person I spoke with identified himself as a manager and stated that because it was an online order refunds aren't possible.

  Im a delivery driver I stood at the front counter for over 10 min without getting greeted or a simple welcome in to the store which I thought was pretty rude and on top of that everyone in the store proceeded to look over me like I wasn’t even there , as a manager myself I understand stores can get busy and perhaps delivery drivers could get out on the back burner but to not acknowledge someone at all is completely rude , I would never come here as a paying customer .
