  I don't normally have anything but praise for this location..but this sandwich bun makes me wonder if I need to find a new location! This is not acceptable.

  Arby's Restaurant #08001 located at 3725 Orlando Blvd, Sanford, FL 32773. We visit this location frequently (usually every other week or so) after we go to the gym. Staff are all usually friendly and helpful. But one employee (I think her name is Sandra) always has a good attitude and is most helpful and friendly. That's not usual in a fast food setting. Today, I was having trouble with my credit card on my Arby's app and she was both patient and helpful in getting our order processed with the discount that was offered in the app. She has waited on us several times during our visits. Attitude is important in customer service and we just wanted to express our appreciation to her and her crew.
