  Brought family to Destin, FL and spent $75. The employees were friendly but the Hamburgers were not Hot and Fresh like the motto. Fries and Onion Rings were very good!! Thinking hamburgers are made to order should have been hot when brought to our table. Kinda a bummer due to use living in Indiana and wanting a Whataburger while on vacation. Hopefully, it was just our order and need to strive for the Hot and Fresh motto for each order!!

  Came here for breakfast after our beach trip and the only reason I’m leaving a review is because the cashier at the front was a very nice lady with great service, her name was Onieka and she made our experience very pleasant. Food was great too!

  We were in there tonight and my granddaughter has autism and she was having a huge meltdown. The manager came out and checked on me asking if there was anything that would make her feel better. Then a customer came outside and brought our food to our vehicle. I appreciate it more than they realize. In my state they don't do that and I would have to cuss people out for making rude comments. But tonight even though it was super rough everyone was so kind. So thank u

  We waited 20-30 minutes in curbside for our food. I finally called and asked where the food was and if we could go through the drive through, the lady who answered the phone said the food was coming out and that they were waiting on fries. When the food came out, the fries were cold. They definitely forgot about our food until we called.

  I have to say a few weeks ago I ordered from here late at night to be delivered by door dash. My order was messed up due to the app having me think that all of my order went through but it didn't. I ended up with a burger and that's it the meal part didn't get added and I thought it was good. So I got one burger for $19. I called what a burger and explained what had happened and the manager said that he couldn't deliver it but if I went there he'd give me the stuff that I thought I ordered for free. I didn't drive to work so I couldn't go. The manager said that his name was Jeremy and next time I was there or ordered from there tell them that he agreed to give me the other things. I said ok but thought I'll never see that stuff. Well that was three weeks ago and I went there last night. Jeremy was there . I told him the story and he remembered our conversation and made good on his end. So thanks Jeremy I recommend this place because it's got an honest manager. Aaron
