  An exceptional dining experience from beginning to end. Fleming’s truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The food was absolutely outstanding. The meat was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented, and you could immediately appreciate the quality and attention to detail in every bite. The sides were delicious, the cocktails were perfectly crafted, and everything came together beautifully. The service was equally impressive. The staff was professional, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, always making sure we had everything we needed while allowing us to enjoy our dinner without feeling rushed. That level of attention made the evening feel even more special. The atmosphere was elegant, sophisticated, and inviting—perfect for a special occasion, romantic dinner, or simply a memorable night out. Fleming’s delivered exactly what you expect from a high-end restaurant: exceptional food, impeccable service, beautiful presentation, and a wonderful atmosphere. It was truly a memorable experience, and I would absolutely return. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  We look back on this steak house in Santa Rosa Beach we visited in 2019. It IS the best real steakhouse in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida--Bar none. Steaks were unbelievably juicy and perfectly cooked by the Chefs and well presented by the waiting staff. Atmosphere was perfect. Desserts off the chain. Wine-perfect. This wasn't a cheap meal, and you will want to tip out of courtesy for the perfect experience. But think about it, I still think about this restaurant 7 years later!! Yes...it was that good.

  My Wife and I ordered the filet and lobster, wanted to spurge a get a good meal together. Let me start by saying the lobster was excellent, the service was excellent sounds great until we talk about the 11oz Filets. For a filet mignon, especially at Fleming’s price point, the combination of blue-rare/essentially raw center and no seasoning is a significant miss. Filet is mild and lean, so proper seasoning is especially important; at minimum, I’d expect a well-seasoned crust with salt and pepper. The server was not surprised and said the hot plate may cook the steak up to a medium rare as we ordered. I waited for the plate to continue to cook the steak, the plate helped bring the steak to rare. No manager or anyone except our server checked on us and the restaurant did not have a lot of other dining at the time.

  We had a wonderful dinner at Fleming’s! We started with the sourdough bread, which was served warm with a delicious assortment of butter spreads—the perfect way to begin the meal. For my entrée, I had the Au Poivre Ribeye, and it was excellent. The steak was incredibly flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. The peppercorn crust and rich au poivre flavors complemented the ribeye beautifully without overpowering the quality of the steak. The atmosphere at Fleming’s is always elegant and inviting, making it a great choice for a nice dinner or special occasion. The service was attentive and professional throughout our meal, and everything felt polished from start to finish. Definitely one of those places where you can count on a consistently great steakhouse experience. I would absolutely order the Au Poivre Ribeye again!

  I want to start by saying our server was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and did everything she could to make things right. Unfortunately, the food and overall experience were extremely disappointing. I ordered my steak medium-well, but when it arrived it was severely undercooked. I hadn’t even touched it when a manager walked by and asked how everything was. I responded, “It’s going, I guess,” while my plate was still completely full. Instead of noticing something was wrong, the manager simply said, “Great, glad to hear,” and hurried away. A little later, our server came back to check on us and realized we had never received our mac and cheese. She apologized and said she’d have it brought out right away. She was incredibly busy, so another employee delivered it. My girlfriend was excited to finally get it, but unfortunately it arrived ice cold. When I politely mentioned that to the employee who brought it out, her response was, “What do you want me to do?” I simply wanted it served hot. Our server then took my steak back to the kitchen. She apologized over and over, and I made sure she knew none of this was her fault. When the steak came back, it was still cold and still not cooked correctly. She offered to send it back again, but by that point I was completely over the experience. She spoke with the manager, who removed the steak and mac and cheese from our bill, which I appreciated. However, the manager gave us a dirty look, as if we were the problem for sending back food that was prepared incorrectly. In the end, I drove an hour and a half to eat here and left wishing I had just stayed home. The only positive part of the experience was our server, who handled everything professionally despite the circumstances. She deserves recognition because she truly tried her best. Unfortunately, because of the poor food quality, lack of management, and overall customer service from everyone else, I can’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
