  Drive thru order taker interrupted me everytime I tried to speak i felt rushed, and all the sodas are watered down for an item thats got a 200% mark up for most restaurants it's just disgusting no one wants to drink carbonated water with a hint of the flavor it's supposed to have. If you want a drink do not go here, go to the 711 down the street employees dont interrupt you there and they didnt turn the syrup concentration all the way down for "profits" on something thats already all profit.

  How do you like to eat chicken quesadilla without chicken? They told when I added beans to it-they thought -instead of chicken...????

  I was there at midday and the store was packed; I placed an order and it took about 20 minutes, all while the store manager was in a meeting—despite the place being full.

  Food looked nothing like the pictures just like the lawsuit they already fought due to underfilling the crunchwrap supreme consistently. Service was terrible nobody cam to the front counter for 20 minutes to take my order and I made eye contact with multiple employees who saw me standing there waiting for service. The lobby was extremely dirty, one corner had all the left over lettuce from someones taco. The tables are sticky the floor is disgusting and there's food remnants everywhere. No way this place is any cleaner in the kitchen. Step up your game, disgusting lobby, bad service, and no telling if you kitchen is any cleaner. A health inspector should be coming to every tacobell. We sit here and wonder why the lettuce make you crap your pants after eating at tacobell.
