  First, let me say that I’ve been eating Taco Bell for most of my life. I grew up with this food and have been ordering from this location for about five years. When I first started coming here, the quality was great. Unfortunately, over the past year, it has declined significantly to the point where my family and I likely won’t be returning. Our recent order was far from cheap, which made the experience even more disappointing. The fries were overcooked and rock hard, the tomatoes tasted old and nearly spoiled, and the nuggets were also overcooked. Even my children were disgusted by the meal. It’s honestly disappointing to see a place I’ve enjoyed for so long fall this far in quality. Based on my recent experiences, I would avoid this location during the evening hours. The food quality and care put into preparation clearly aren’t what they used to be.

  One of the drive-through girls The one with the glasses has the worst attitude and gives the dirtiest looks, For no reason. I’ve been here twice now and it’s the same girl with the same nasty looks. Won’t be back!

  Um, franchisee owner or Taco Bell Inc., manager or whoever.... there are people needing a job that I am absolutely certain ANYONE would be a better group than what is here. Thurs, May 7, 2026 around 3pm, whatever staff that was on the clock have no business in customer service in any capacity. Was at the counter for 8 mins before I was told to hold on while they sighed loudly as if my presence was a bother...and I was the only one in the whole store. Looked like they were interested in the drive thru, but forgot they had a dining room too...and their manners. Very, very rude staff and won't be back to this location. Have some pride in what you do, people. Smh

  I’m not one to rate a Taco Bell, but the hard ash workers in here not only grilled my two burritos faster than anyone else, they also labeled which one was what. Ty team

  Lobby always dirty , stand at counter waiting patiently while whole crew including managers just stand there and look at you . Crew discussing pay instead of making orders . General manager arguing with employees. Not a good atmosphere to dine in at . Do better .
