One-star experience. The manager on duty was extremely inattentive. We waited a long time and had to flag him down just to get our order taken.
More concerning, I watched him go from using the register and checking customers out to preparing pizzas—and then back again—without washing his hands. During that time, he also touched his face and scratched his nose before continuing to handle food. The lack of basic hygiene was disgusting and unacceptable. We no longer felt comfortable getting food from there, so we walked out.
15 minutes late on carry out order. No apology.
Even tipped in advance.
The crust was cardboard and the pizza wasn’t sliced properly I suspect because of the cardboard crust. The buffalo pocket claiming grilled onions was 90% steamed onions and 10% filling. My daughter and fiancé both agreed with me this was atrocious pizza. Also, I ordered two large and these looked like mediums.
Been going here for years since moving to this area. Will not ever return.

Pizza Hut as a company is an absolute trainwreck.
Corporate has completely gutted the customer experience by hiding behind cheap call centers and outsourced DoorDash drivers instead of employing their own staff. When you call the local store number, you don't even reach the kitchen, you get routed to a useless call center that has zero communication with the people actually making your food.
Because of this lazy, cost-cutting model, simple safety requests for severe food allergies are flat-out refused (no Parmesan on breadsticks was the ask, keep in mind this ingredient is added after the bread is baked), and cancellations turn into a total logistical disaster filled with spam tracking texts and dropped calls. I wish I could say nice things.
It is a jumbled, broken mess of a business that clearly doesn't care about safety or service. Save your money and buy from Papa John’s if you are going the corporate route, at least they actually care enough to run a functioning business, talk to their customers, and pay their own drivers.
Corporate should sell the whole damn thing.
