    If I could leave a zero, I would. The manager of this location (her name starts w a "J") was totally unprofessional and rude. I had a paper coupon for buy one get one free breakfast sandwiches, so I ordered a total of 4 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. I told the drive thru associate of my coupons. She said she would take them at the window. At the window I was told they do not take paper coupons, only what was offered on the app. I logged into my app and no such deal was available so I asked to revise my order to only one each of the breakfast sandwiches and the 2 hash browns and I had an offer for one free hash brown on my app. At the second window my order was wrong. I was told to pull ahead and wait. When my food was brought out the breakfast sandwiches were correct but only one hash brown. I was told I "owed" $2 and change for the 2nd hash brown because I had not been charged for it. I said I didn't understand and the mgr that brought my food out yanked the bag w the 2nd hash brown from my hand and went inside the restaurant. I then googled the number and she was the one that answered the phone - she was very rude and I ended up disconnecting the call and leaving with an incomplete order. I delivered the food to my friend (a 77 year old lady that loves McDonald's hash browns) I gave her the one hashbrown w one sandwich. I opened the 2nd sandwich and got halfway through and looked - the egg had greenish-blue spots throughout!!!!!! I am now adding to this review after a call back from the GM, Brian. I was so upset that I had called the corporate number to file a complaint. He was very apologetic and offered me a free meal as consolation. He also said he had coached the mgr that was on duty during my order fiasco. I am appreciative of the call back. One thing right about that location.

    If I could give negative 0 stars I would! The customer service...there was none! Especially from the "Manager" the one who had tattoos all over his face. I placed and paid for my order in the mobile app. I get to the window and he says our systems are down. Automatically dismissing me before I could tell him I placed a order and paid for my food! I pull up to the window and then a lady said"all I have is a happy meal for a mobile order?" I said"thats my order". Can I have it.... They then refused to serve me! They didn't even have my order ready!!! The manager was being overly argumentative! Instead of just making and giving me my order! Which was for my child! Looking at all the other reviews...Customer service is NOT a strong point for this particular store!!!!! Fire everyone and get robots in there at this point! robots would do a way better job!🤣

    Literally made a quick stop at two in the afternoon to get 10 nuggets and fries along with the water Usually, it’s average at best, but when I got my food, it was actually hot fresh and good. I appreciate when this happens and other shit too. This was a five star experience.

    Avoid this location, absolute worst in the area! I’ve given them two chances recently, and both were disasters. A few weeks ago, I placed a mobile order and waited 15 minutes at curbside, then another 15 minutes inside a lobby full of totally ignored customers. No one ever spoke to me. I eventually left and contacted corporate without receiving my food. They promised a refund and a call from the franchise owner, neither happened. Today, my girlfriend went through the drive-thru for breakfast and was asked to pull forward to wait. They ended up serving us McChicken patties slapped onto biscuits instead of actual breakfast chicken biscuits. If you're out of an ingredient, tell the customer so we can order something else; don't just secretly swap it. Save yourself the headache, drive past this one, and go literally anywhere else.
