  It’s not like McDonald’s is great, but this location somehow found a way to make it worse. Who decided to soak the burgers in grease before wrapping them up? Did you also decide to drop them in the fryers with the wrapper on? Not like yall going to do anything about it anyways

  This location needs more staff and better management. They always seem short staffed, and its especially noticeable when its busy. Drive-thru took forever AND they forgot half of my food! I didn't notice until I made it to work, and I paid through the app, so I have no way of getting a refund. $6+ worth of food isn't a lot to some, but it is to me!

  To the young man Legend with with dreads working drive-thru, your customer service skills are impeccable. After waiting in line for 30 mins you made ordering a pleasure. I tried telling your beautiful manager Ashley how amazing you were and how you deserved a recognition but she said she had to hurry and move her line. Well Legend keep being the great person you are you will go far!

  Ordered food thru uber eats and got somebody else order. Its always a problem or issue from this mcdonalds. Ridiculous. Stop hiring KIDS who dont want to work and just put anything in the bag thinking a complaint won't come through.

  OMG by far the worst location ever. I visited this location tonight and the manager Maria was very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. I spent a totally of $30 and my food was NOT FRESH at 12:30 AM at night. The fish fillet was all preheated old fillet patties with old cheese and two bottom buns, she gave me two happy meals the hamburgers had old patties and on one of the kid burger, it had a half of patty. The nuggets were old , she claimed she herself made the food fresh, which was a LIE only item was fresh was the FRIES because I ordered with NO SALT. After arriving home, to this disappointment and then she have the nerve to tell me to bring the food back as if we haven’t ate all through this horrible food with disappointment. This lady never offered an apology or refund. She’s not customer service oriented AT ALL and definitely not fit to be a manager without supervision, she need more training. Like seriously , who have time to deal with unprofessional fast food management and attitude at almost 1 o’clock in the morning regarding horrible food, then to LIE is beyond immoral. I will contact the GM and corporate tomorrow. I would like fresh food or my refund.
