  Service here is usually quick and friendly. The staff never seem to remember the essentials that go with every fast food order.

  Terrible. I dont usually eat Mcdonalds but it was late. They messed up my order, I called and they said I would have to come back for a refund, when I went back I realized I forgot the card I paid with so I just asked them to remake what they messed up not even the whole order. The manager wearing a blue shirt who the other workers referred to as Walt grabbed my receipt and cut my off when I was trying to explain what I would like and told me “I catch more flies with honey than vinegar” I wasn't even being hostile. It was uncalled for and unprofessional. He then gave me back the food that was wrong, told me to have a nice day, and closed the window in my face. I called the store he picked up and I asked what his problem was and that I only asked for it to be remade because I forgot my card. He said he could have gave me cash and that he was going to pull the refund from the change out of his pocket since it wasn’t that much. Rude and inconsiderate & Walt if you’re reading this I have a couple ideas of what you could do with that change instead hmar.

  Just had my worst hamburger ever from this location drivethru. It was blackened, cold and dry. I loved McDonalds burgers and fries since 1963, especially as a teen employee. Quality was priority. Seems that decreased drastically in St. Pete since Covid, with high unreasonable prices. On Interstate I95 trips they serve tasty hot food, but locally we have gotten cold dry tasteless food for too long. Shame! Ray Kroc would be disgusted!
