  It's a McDonald's, they had food ready on tine, it was decent quality, store was clean. Good enough for me.

  I just spent 45 minutes in the drive through (30 after entering my code at the drive through, 10 after being told to pull forward because my order wasn't ready). My order was 2 apple pies, 2 strawberry cream pies, and a McFlurry. Seriously?

  Please don’t go here, I got scammed out of 30 dollars. The workers are the Most incompetent group of people I have ever encountered. I mobile ordered and after waiting 30 minutes I asked if they had the order, they looked at me like they had never seen a customer before and told me they refused to make it because it was not on the screen and their system was down. I asked for a refund because I had already paid and she laughed in my face. The lady (chubby Black lady with glasses) would not tell me her name and would not serve the other customers either, who had also been waiting.

  Nothing good can be said about this location. If a franchise location, the franchisee needs to lose the license. If corporate, they need to be looking at stats and immediately make changes. Multiple times it takes 35 to 40 minutes from order to food delivery in drive thru. You can sit at the drive thru speaker for 15 to 20 minutes alone and nowhere to go since you are boxed in. This is every time the last 3 times, and now never again! Also. If you go inside, you get ignored. Nothing is quicker inside so you will jusy hang out in the lobby for over 30 minutes eating for a burger. Please do not make the mistake of using the app. You are screwed waiting damn near an hour for your food. Which is served cold. The workers also 3 times in a row have no clue what I ordered in drive thru as the system is too confusing for them to utilize. Every manager here needs fired and replaced as this kind of disaster comes from the top down. And then each employee needs scrutinized as well since they may all need replaced. This location might be beyond saving. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to eat. And if McDonald's is a must, avoid this one at all costs. And if you live near here. You can drive across town to another location and back home twice before you even get served here the wait times are so bad. SHUT IT DOWN. THIS PLACE IS A DISGRACE TO MCDONALD'S.
