This is the second time I've come in and been assisted by Desiree (if I have the name correct), and unfortunately both visits have been disappointing. There was no greeting, no acknowledgment, and very little customer service. Today, I stood waiting to place my order while she was on her phone in the corner and had to ask, "Can someone take my order?" before receiving assistance. Even then, there was no "hello," "how can I help you," or any friendly interaction. I understand everyone has difficult days, but customers should at least be greeted and acknowledged when they enter. I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience.

Ordered a LARGE Coconut, sweet foam cold brew. I asked for extra sweet foam. I got a cup that could have fit into a MEDIUM cup. Very, very little ice, very little cold foam and no Coconut flavor at all. It's disgusting and it's going in the garbage. And to think I got 2 of them and wasted almost $20. Then to top it off, I asked if I could leave a tip on my credit card and the employee proceeded to let me know that she already got a tip and that my father must have "hit a button!" I'm infuriated w.this experience. so bad it may have just turned me off Dunkin forever.
