Before I knew it, he swiped my credit card and the coupon didnt work. This happens ALL the time at this Dunken. Why promote the app if it doesnt work.
- CBCandy BellMay 9, 20263.0The lady that took my order was very pleasant, so this is not about the service, but more about cleanliness and atmosphere. There was a female at the pickup end that had her maybe 2 or 3 years old daughter standing on the counter with shoes the entire time that my order was being prepared, so I asked the cashier to please bring my food to the register end. This is still a child, so I'm not showing her face. It was very apparent that the lady with the kid knew or was related to guy working near the pickup end. That's still no excuse for that type of an experience. People's food and drinks are being sat there, so it should've been common sense to ask her to not allow her to stand on the counter. My 7 year old son and I ate inside before running errands, so the craziest part to me was that even though I pointed this out to the cashier, once the lady left with her daughter, no one cleaned that end of the counter and I watched an older gentleman put in his order and like clockwork, they sat his food right there where the little girl stood all over that counter. Child or not, it's not sanitary at all. I will not be back to this Dunkin.
