  So you order hash browns from dunkin' donuts on 34th street , south for a $1.80 and All they give you is 5 tiny Nickel size hash browns. What a joke

  I go to this location, at least four times a week, and never had a problem but yesterday I went and ordered refresher, the price was not displayed on the screen, but I was told to move forward. I went to the window and the woman working just stood there looking at me so I said “how much is it sorry?” she then proceeded to say “i’m a ma’am”. it’s obviously left me very confused because 1.) I still didn’t have the price of my drink and 2.) her gender had nothing to do with my order. i then said “i know… how much is it?” she told me and went to the cash register. the other woman she was working with proceeded to hand me me drink and said “here you go SIR”. i then realized that when i said “sorry” she thought i said sir so i explained what happened and instead of acknowledging and apologizing, the first woman said nothing and the second woman said oh i thought it was for him. (my bf in the passenger seat which makes zero sense sense she handed it to me) none the less it was possibly the stupidest miscommunication i’ve ever experienced but doesn’t warrant the poor customer service i experienced and will not me coming to this location anymore thanks to them 😊

  Must have changed management because the service just isn’t the same. Repeated 3 times I what I wanted and still was handed the wrong coffee. Told woman in the drive through and she tried to correct me and say well this is what I heard. Didn’t even offer to correct even if there was a price difference I would have gladly paid. Now I have 3 coffees that aren’t what I ordered.

  This Dunkin is the worst. Parking lot situation makes no sense. Always understaffed and slow. Had to wait 15 min for a mobile order and somehow the hashbrowns were cold.

  I would rather you tell me you don’t know how to do your job than for you to guess on my drink and get it wrong several times. I can hear you in the back talking about how you have no idea what is on your menu. Please spend more time learning what you sell so I can get what I paid for.
