The Manger who name is on the door and her assistant manger are very rude and disrespectful, I’ve come in the morning and they both are arguing and fighting by in front of customers. They treat there staff poorly, I’ve seen both of them leave in a middle of a rush and leave their staff and when their staff goes looking for them they left and no one knew!!! I see there staff very frustrated and overworked but the Manger and Assistant manger isn’t helping them at all!! There is a very nice young man I believe his name is Jaylen I’m not sure he is very polite and always apologizing for when his two bosses are fighting in front of customers and when they ignore me and other customers waiting to be served inside!! If it wasn’t for the young man Jaylen i believe that’s his name I wouldn’t have came back but I always come back when he is there!! They need to definitely give him a raise along with his coworkers. I always see that the two main mangers are never in site when there is a rush or their is a problem!! I think a manger should always be on duty no matter what!! Yall need to do something about the manger Dani which her name is on the door which I fine who is always leaving early, not saying anything and letting a certain employee always take product whenever she wants and her assistant manger because what they are doing isn’t right!!!
