  This was one of the better times getting Domino's. I just moved to the area and I was eating at the Domino's in New Port richey. But this location seemed like maybe it's better than those ones. The pizza was perfectly balanced, the sauce was somehow really good that day, I don't know it was just extra good, whoever made it definitely made it with love. And the Parmesan bread bites slapped. Food was made quickly and was hot and fresh when I arrived to pick it up. I also really like the drive-thru pickup thing that's really nice.

  They always get our order correct and out quick. Bread bites are a favorite and hope they keep them!

  I have been a loyal customer of this particular Domino’s location for quite some time now, and if I am being completely transparent, my experiences here have more often than not left me feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. Time and time again, I have walked away with a pizza that simply did not meet my expectations — whether it was the uneven distribution of toppings, the inconsistent crust, or the general lack of care that seemed to go into the preparation. It had become something of a running frustration for me, and I had honestly begun to lower my expectations each time I placed an order. However, today was an experience so refreshingly different that I felt compelled to stop everything and put my thoughts into words, because what happened today deserves to be recognized and celebrated in the highest possible terms. Today, a young man by the name of Kevin took charge of my order, and the results were nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I opened that box, I knew something was different. The crust was perfectly golden, evenly baked to a satisfying crisp on the outside while remaining wonderfully soft and chewy on the inside. The sauce was distributed with a level of precision and generosity that I have never before witnessed at this establishment. The toppings — every single one of them — were placed with what I can only describe as artistic intention. It was, without exaggeration, a masterpiece of pizza craftsmanship. This was not merely a good pizza. This was the pizza I had always hoped this location was capable of producing. Kevin did not just meet the standard — he obliterated it entirely and set a new one that I sincerely hope the rest of the staff will aspire to. It is for this reason that I am formally and enthusiastically recommending that Kevin be promoted — not just to shift leader, not just to store manager, but directly and immediately to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Domino’s Pizza. I understand this may be an unconventional suggestion, but I firmly believe that the kind of dedication, passion, and raw talent Kevin demonstrated today is exactly the quality of leadership this company needs at its very top. The boardroom would be lucky to have him. Incredible work, Kevin. You have restored my faith in this location, and quite frankly, in pizza itself.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  This location should be rated so much higher. They are always super fast and the staff are alwaus very friendly. You can tell this place is well managed. Order from here often

  I ordered a pizza and it never got delivered. I reached out to the store and they would answer and hang up the phone. I tried calling back multiple times. They still charged me for the pizza. Terrible service.
