The young African American female employee serving me had a very rude, unprofessional attitude and clearly didn’t care about preparing my food with respect and decency. My hard tacos were loaded with liquid despite asking for them to be drained, turning them into a soggy, inedible mess. The food was also completely tasteless. While waiting, a shirtless customer stood inside the restaurant, and staff did nothing—which is unacceptable in a place serving food. To make matters worse, none of the employees were wearing hairnets, leaving their hair exposed around the food, which is very unsanitary. No one showed concern for quality, cleanliness, or customer experience. It didn't even look there was a manager on duty. This location keeps getting worse—definitely my last visit.
