  Everyone here is ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE. I come here at opening almost everyday because its my one meal a day and I come right after I hit the gym in the morning. THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I CONTINUE TO GIVE THIS LOCATION MY BUSINESS. Every single person here absolutely hates to work here they act annoyed that you are even here to get food. They huff and puff and aren't friendly what so ever. I have been in customer service for more than 15 years and I have never acted like this. Look at the cameras once in a while and see how your staff is acting MISERABLE. And I never leave bad reviews but this place is appalling. Fix your staff

  I specifically asked for no lettuce… and what was I given? Ecoli. Do I look like a rabbit to you? Lettuce is known to be big salad propaganda and I’m not particularly interested in eating rodent-slop. I also must say there was very little rice, seems a bit ironic considering rice is nice and not giving someone rice ISNT! The chicken by the way.. DO NOT GET ME STARTED. Chicken? More like MISSEN, cuz it wasn’t there, get it it rhymes haha. Two stale chip consumed whilst writing this, two physical representations of my dissatisfaction. Do better! The employed were lovely 10/10.

  The little white girl with glasses behind the counter has a attitude no matter what and who it is, I asked for extra rice in my burrito and as her co worker is adding it she’s making faces at me and my boyfriend saying how it’s allot of rice 2-4 times .. then tells her co worker you can wrap that cuz I won’t be doing it ? so she then goes to my friend who is next in line and slams the food he’s asking for in his bowl giving him nothing but attitude as well . I don’t know what’s wrong with her but that was beyond uncomfortable for us . Won’t be going back there ever ! I’d rather drive 20 mins out the way to go to a different one .

  At this chipotle location I experienced very disappointing service and very skimpy food portions. I was especially upset about one very rude cashier who was woman of color and had red hair in a bun. I had asked for several things and she was not listening to me and providing the service that I was asking for. She had a very rude tone and was not kind and giving welcoming service. I even felt scared to talk to this cashier because of her rude attitude and would not give me the sauce I wanted. I had my friend go back and grab it for me and the ladies continued to argue back , saying “she never asked for it” and the checkout guy defended my friend saying I had asked multiple times. I have never once experienced a horrible encounter at Chipotle and i expect better as I aswell work in foodservice.. do better next time…
