The entire point of placing a mobile order was to not have to wait, and I ended up waiting even longer than I would’ve initially. if it wasn’t the 3rd time it’s happened at this location i wouldn’t be making this review but it is beyond frustrating especially when you can see half the employees just standing around giggling and not helping the large influx and line of mobile orders building up. i ended up leaving because i was then late at this point for my event. hopefully they’re able to fix these issues and lack of communication / will to work

I’ve been eating chipotle at least once a week for over 20 years. I just had the blandest, skimpiest portioned chipotle bowl I’ve ever had in my life at this location. Absolutely terrible and I’m so angry about it.

A 2 hour wait for a mobile or delivery order at this location is unacceptable because they need to spend 1 hour preparing a catering order with only 1 person on the line working mobile delivery catering orders. Don’t order catering from here. Do us all a favor and order from 4th street N and 30th. Nobody wants to wait 2 hours for their food because you decided to order catering.
