    Not a great experience. My daughter and I walked in and an employee was shop vacuuming something behind the counter. I assumed at first she didn't see us so we waited patiently and browsed the cakes/ice cream. She looked up at one point but kept on what she was doing. It was well over 5 minutes before she sauntered over and asked what we wanted. Not at all friendly but I asked a question about a cake in the case and if they weren't in the case if they didn''t have them (just checking if maybe they had some in the back). She shook her head no. I asked for a sample for my kid and she got it and handed it to me without a word. I went on to order two dubai sundaes to go. She immediately called a coworker and said "make these sundaes". I don't know that he was well trained on it but she told him to make them like he did it last time and he did. They were NOT worth the over $11 each...they were barely half full but I was over the entire thing so I paid the almost $25 and we left.

    I ordered a icecream cake (not personalized or special) online to be picked up at 4:45p. My husband shows up - no other customers. One employee is cleaning tables, ignores my husband. Another employee sees my husband and ignored him but then saw the other employee was ignoring him and asked how she could help. He stated he was picking up a cake, she walks in the back, comes back and states they didnt have anything by that name only something for a Renee. She asked what he ordered, in response she says that the cake lady doesn't deliver until later. He calls me to tell me what happened, I call the store 5 times - no one answers. This location was on my husband's way home from work not close to my house. I call Corporate, they open a case and apologized multiple times and stated that is not how they conduct business, sent me a summary email that included a line that reads "We have very high standards for guest satisfaction, and we are sorry that the restaurant let you down". 15 mine later I get a call from Amber the "manager". She doesn't start the conversation as a professional would " Hello, I received a notification that you received less than satisfactory service and I'm following up to see how we can make it better" example that they need to for future. Instead she starts spewing all these words, Hi Amber Manager, got a corporate complaint, your cake is in the front freezer. Um....I said to her, I've never been to this location how was I supposed to know it would be up front". I said this because her tone made me feel like I should have known. She said the employee should have known, and they should have called her and it is a newer cake that is held up front. I then said I tried to call the store 5 times and she said since she is not in the office the phone doesn't get answered. I then stated that the employees are not trained properly and due to this I didnt receive my product- she stated the employees are trained. I then mention that we were told the cake lady doesn't come until later, she said that is for personalized cakes and she is on vacation and not coming in this week. Again, employees not trained properly. I was getting nowhere with her nonsense so I asked for a refund. I'm told I had to go back in the store to get the refund - absolutely not. Not going out of my way for something that is not my fault. She offered no other solution. Untrained employees that provide false information and do not know how to do their job along with a manger who has zero customer service recovery or management skills. That is wonderful that corporate has high standards but this location does not and does not try to. There is a huge misalignment.

    Weirdest experience ordering a hot fudge sundae. Ordered at the drive thru. Stated what & how I wanted it. When repeated back, they asked, "so you wanted a banana split, right?" I had to repeat. I haven't ordered a sundae in a while, but they always contained ice cream, hot fudge, nuts, whipped cream & cherries. I asked for extra fudge. I didn't get it. At the windiw they asked again, "so you wanted everything, right?" After getting home I discovered "everything" meant mini m&ms & chocolate cookie crumbles. I didnt order froyo. No nuts either. There was a piece of fruit in it too, that I couldn't identify. Worst experience ever for someone who rarely orders ice cream. Next time I'll make my own.

    Worst service ever they were rude and the shake they gave me was room temp liquid and tasted like chemicals
