I wanted chocolate but all chocolate ice creams were melted, majority of the other ice creams had hard crunchy frost on top if not melting. I ordered a take home quart of mint chocolate chip because it was the decent looking one. When I got to the bottom of the quart at home, there was ice that was scraped off the top of the ice cream. Gross. Some flavors were missing. He said they were in the freezer and didn’t want to go back there because it was freezing but he’d go if he needed to. This store is making Baskin Robbins look bad.

Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
