- MPMontrice PowersApr 5, 20265.0I’m from New York and have been coming to St. Pete for vacation for the past 5 years. During that time, I used to visit this Baskin-Robbins location quite often, but I had some frustrating experiences in the past. Many times when I went around 7 PM, I was told they were already closed, which felt strange because most Baskin-Robbins locations stay open later. On top of that, whenever I tried to order a milkshake during the day, I was often told they didn’t have it available or that the machine wasn’t working. After dealing with this multiple times, I eventually stopped going there. However, I recently heard there is new management, and things seem to have improved. The staff are now very friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. I also noticed they sell cakes now, which is a nice addition. Hoping the service continues to stay consistent—I’d love to start visiting again during my trips!

The food was stale and clearly not fresh at all, which is unacceptable for a place that serves basic items like ice cream and donuts. To make things worse, the employees were dismissive and had terrible attitudes. It felt like no one cared about the quality of the food or the customer experience. Between the stale food and the rude staff, this was one of the worst visits I’ve had. Definitely won’t be returning.

The employees saw us and many people started lining up behind us waiting to get in. They closed 20 minutes early and were really rude by watching us all outside and waving us goodbye . Their sign also was lit up and said open. Very disappointed and many other upset potential customers as well.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
