  Slow and poorly trained. Plan on waiting in the spot to get even the simplest order. Asked for a breakfast meal with a small coffee and the cashier told me he couldn’t do that. Seemed like it was his first day sadly he’s told me the same thing on previous orders.

  This is the worst mcdonald's ever! It's so sad that this place is so new and they can't get nothing right. I waited in line for 35-40 MINUTES for A SWEET TEA LEMONADE ONE THING! it took forever to place the order and forever just to get the order (AND IT WASN'T BUSY). When i got my drink it wasn't even right ‍it tasted like it was mixed with water and sweet tea mind you i got a sweet tea lemonade and i just got a sweet tea. I felt like my time and money went to waste. It's always something with this location to where i don't even wanna come back and it's so close to my home. I don't know what there issue is but they make something so simple into a problem, this whole mcdonald's needs new management and a new crew or just shut this place down because there's always something wrong when i go to order at this location

  All I wanted was some fries 😭😂 I haven’t been to McDonald’s in 6+ years, so I asked what sauces they had. The employee mumbled, got annoyed, and gave me attitude for asking a simple question. After a few minutes in the drive-thru line, I decided my fries weren’t worth the side of bad customer service. Craving officially canceled. 🍟💀

  Extremely long drive thru . Waiting 20+ minutes many people have left and it doesn’t seem to be moving. TBD if I’ll have the food with the way this line is going . Update, got food it was good. I definitely feel bad for the staff here only 3 people working everything. They’re doing the best they can but more people should definitely be working.

  Don't trust if you get inaccurate order. They can possibly be providing you the same stuff. My experience was bad. I ordered egg muffin but it contains meat. I requested to make another one without meat and they just removed meat from the old muffin. Can you imagine...
