  This is a new McDonalds. It's very clean.The staff are very kind, helpful and courteous . The food is delicious and fries are hot and yummy. Grace and employee is so kind and helpful. She knows what I want and is so accommodating. Always., has a smile too. Im very thankful for her help. The other staff too, ate very helpful and kind. I love going here at least once or twice a week. THE manager too at one time was so so nice and helpful when I needed extra pickles. He said no problem and got it for me.

  Boy did I have a good time! Kaitlyn made my late night McDonalds run one for the McBooks!! She is the sweetest, most awesome, most talented McPloyee I have ever spoken too. She deserves and immediate raise. The McChicken and McDoubles never fail to amaze me. The best nuggies every time. I very much appreciate the picture and braille menus options available. The employees always move with such joy. Can’t beat the awesome steal you get when you order the combo pack! I did once eat the entire combo pack by myself, I just couldn’t help myself, it was too good. I started with 4 McChickens and before I knew it I’d also had 4 burgers and the 4 medium fries soon McFollowed, oops😊😊Will be returning for my next McVenture!!

  I am not someone that leaves reviews for fast food restaurants because it’s really not that serious. However.. this is the worst McDonalds location. The service is slow, food inconsistent, orders incorrect, and the staff is not confident. I’ve only gone to this location maybe 3 times over the course since it opened but it’s miserable.

  Who ever the old white lady who wears the purple shirt she HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE this McDonald’s isn’t even bad can’t say the ruin order a lot or nun they customer service is just HORRIBLE rather go the the one on old saint Aug

  This is the third time in a row my food was a soggy mess. They are not letting the fries and nuggets drain off properly resulting in extremely soggy disgusting food. I didn't complain the first two times but decided to call in today as I'm sick of wasting money here. When i called I spoke to the manager who apparently made the food herself and argued with me it was perfectly fine when it is clearly not. On top of that the burgers I ordered were supposed to have extra cheese that she guaranteed was on it but here's picture proof that they missed it. The fries were disgusting and only filled up about halfway. The manager trying to argue with me that she couldn't possibly have done her job wrong is laughable. She's insinuating I'm trying to get free food when no I'm trying to get a replacement for 1 of the 3 times they have screwed me over. They need to close down and replace their staff until they have team members who can properly make their food. The other reviews make that blatantly obvious. I would love to hear from the owner of this franchise.
