I’ve been to this McDonald’s 3 times already, and every single time there’s a problem. Either they mix up the order or forget to include items completely.
The first time I came for breakfast, they forgot the hash brown. My kids only remembered it when we were about to leave.
Another time, they made the wrong latte 4 times in a row.
Today they completely forgot my drink and also forgot the fries in the Happy Meal. Unfortunately, I only noticed it after getting home, and there was no point driving back.
People, always double-check your orders here — or better yet, avoid this place altogether. The wait times are always very long too.

Listen up, folks: we are literally waiting for the absolute worst burger on earth one that’ll probably wreck your health and might gift you a chronic disease in 20 years. 45 minutes it's a joke that we’re actually standing around for the lowest grade burger imaginable and a future of diabetes. This is full on social dystopia, right here.
The wait time is outrageous! It’s no surprise, as soon as you pull up to the window everyone is hanging out talking, you have to repeat yourself several times and they will guarantee mess up your order anyway. I understand they just opened and they are working out the kinks, so I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, it’s been confirmed it’s just a poorly run location.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. I was actually excited when this location opened, but every visit has been disappointing. Every single time I have to ask for basic items like straws, drinks, sauces, etc. The wait times are ridiculous while employees stand around laughing and playing instead of paying attention to orders.
This location has repeatedly messed up my orders. This last visit was the final straw — no toys in the Happy Meals (definitely not “happy”), cold fries, and a cheeseburger with no cheese. Completely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and go to another McDonald’s.

Went to this location on Wed April 29th at 8:35pm. I ordered thru the app but there is no place in the app where you can request ‘cook to order’/fresh fries. I simply requested it as the cashier took my code at the speaker, as I’ve done countless times in the tri-county area with no issue, and the cashier argued with me saying that I should have requested that in the app. I told her that there’s nowhere to request that in the app. We went back & forth with this. Now I’m questioning myself because I know there is no place to do so. She told me that since it’s an order thru the app that there’s nothing they can do about it, that they can’t touch it. I told her that this has never been an issue at other locations, and she had a ‘yeah right’ response. So while I was waiting to approach her window, I went in the app like I was making a new order to see if I had overlooked that. I found that I was correct… there is no place in the app, after you click to order fries, or anywhere, that allows you to request cook to order fries. I went thru the app and showed her that there’s nowhere to request that and she responded like she had no clue. I think it would’ve been better if she would’ve asked one of her coworkers a question first, than to argue with a customer like that, especially if she’s unsure. Bad start to a new location. I’ve never been argued with at a restaurant before and this makes me not want to come back to location.
