  Was asked to pull through and wait when at the drive through. Waited for 10 minutes. Very frustrating. Decided to give them a other try. Came back, ordered again for breakfast. Same thing. Has to pull through to a spot and wait for an iced coffee. I can go across the street and get breakfast and coffee at the drive through and not have to pull into a parking spot and wait. Never, ever returning. I'm done as a customer. It's a drive through. Not a drive through, park and wait. I'm furious.

  The fries were so fresh and hot, we got our food so fast in the drive-through, and the employees were very friendly. Please just consider adding a cover over the speaker in the drive-through lol, we got soaked while ordering.

  I've only ordered drive through around five times here during off-peak lunch hours, but the food is always the best of the local McDonald's (fries, nuggets, customized burger) and the level of consistency expected from a chain. The fries are fresh and crispy, nuggets with the perfect bite, and burgers that are cooked perfectly instead of bricks. The wait time is also the fastest (actual fast food) vs the other ones as well, though the longest line I've seen was five cars.

  Every time I come to this McDonalds my order is made wrong. I pay for extras and never get them and then when I say something about it some team members act as if I’m an inconvenience all while the manager is being friendly and trying to fix the issue but by the time she’s involved I’m already overwhelmed and just want to leave this location. I 100% recommend driving the extra 15mins to go to a different McDonalds.

  I honestly don’t know where Mcdonald’s finds their employees. I order two simple sandwiches on my mobile app, and when i got to the drive thru it they made the experience of telling them my mobile order extremely painful and annoying. When i got to the window it was like i was talking to a brick wall, and after all that the lady who was supposed to be giving me my food was too busy arguing and gave me the WRONG order. The only reason i didn’t give a one star is because the order they gave me had an extra sandwich XD. I will definitely be sticking to the Mcdonalds on SR-13 from now on.
